He just now texted offering me his services so I decided to give him honest review. I made appointment with him in advance, and he never show up. I live in Greenfield, I texted him at 8 am to tell him it doesn't rain. He replied 5 hours later, and blamed weather in Salinas, he also told me he can't come soon because he has huge job for a week some place else. I think he overbooked himself, and cancelled on me because he had better client. Otherwise he would reply to my morning message, but he was busy for 5 hr. Update: "Fraud Alert"…read more "Must Read" The first review, I gave Todd the owner PPW a high recommendation because he provided me with pictures of certain areas of my roof that he said were clean. I trusted Todd that he completed the job as per our agreement. He also reassured me that the gutters had been clean. About a month later, I contacted a Christmas light company and scheduled an appointment with them to have lights put on the roof gutters. Upon their arriving, I mentioned to the owner that I had just gotten the roof cleaned. A short time after that, the owner contacted me and provided me with some pictures of a dirty roof and about 2 inches of dirt inside the gutters. I was told that the roof was slippery and there was mold growing on it. How disappointing was it to find out that Todd had lied to me about his work and the fact that he took advantage of my generosity. I will let the photographs speak for themselves. It was unbelievable how much dirt was taken off from the roof and the gutters during the second cleaning. I contacted Todd, who did not apologize or take responsibility for misleading me, but rather he wanted to trade his services for the requested refund amount. I do not trust Todd anymore therefore I requested a refund. Unfortunately, Todd refused to refund my money. I'm providing this honest updated review in hopes that it might help a customer decide whether to hire Peninsula Pressure Wash or not. Lepe's was recommended to me by my wonderful roofers (Slaten and Sons) who no longer do gutters and have forwarded all their business to Lepe's. I was grateful to have the recommendation. Their office manager, Iris, is a doll and very helpful getting the estimate and install arranged. I ended up having to take a final while they were doing the install (thank you, prof, for that one) but the guys got the work done with very little disturbance. We did have a few minor snags with timing, which I've come to expect with busy contractors completing multiple jobs in a day. Usually it's easier to nail the timing with early morning appts, but since I am in the field in the mornings, only afternoons work. I'm grateful they were able to work around my weird schedule and were super nice about the adjustments. Word to the wise - when Iris puts the appointment in Calendar, this is the time *after* which the appointment will start, not the time that it *will* start. So, my 12N appt actually started at around 2pm. But they finished by sundown and it looks great, so no worries. Also, for those of you on one-way streets or with limited street parking - the guys come with a trailer that needs to be plugged in to operate the gutter cutter, so they need room to park. In my case, they took the trailer back to the shop and manually cut the gutters to fit on the sidewalk because there wasn't enough street parking space for them to work. It was a little tricky, but I so appreciate their extra efforts. The final result is lovely. They matched the color of the new front gutters that I already had and placed the downspouts so that they'd be least obtrustive while moving water away from the house. And the price was right! No haggling, very reasonable, detailed invoice that didn't change from start to finish. I had read another 2022 review that said that they don't take credit cards, but they do now (2023) with a surcharge. I paid via check though and that was easy after getting an invoice emailed to me the same day. Overall, I would totally recommend Lepe's. Great work, guys!
