You will pay for the gym day pass, which is $10 all on the website. They will instruct you to download an app which is very easy to do as there is a link from an email that gets sent once you have paid for your membership for the day. The gym location is on the corner with the entrance on Sheridan way. You need to go through some doors and go down the stairs. You will use your app that you downloaded and logged in and stand close to the door and it will allow you access using your phone. If you need to see what the gym looks like, you can stop by and look through their windows or look online. https://www.instagram.com/wyomingsportandfitness/ Once you are inside the gym has everything you will need and there was nobody here. We arrived there at 3pm on a Saturday in the summer. They had four treadmills two stair climber, four elliptical machines, stationary bicycles, both the sitting kind and the spinning type. They also have two rower machines this gym has everything. Free weights, barbells machines, medicine balls, a yoga room blocks, stretching out area and ropes. You can't beat this for $10 and Wright downtown of Cody. Lots of parking on the street nearby. There are also plenty of spray bottles to wipe down your machines and a water fountain. There was music pumping but you can bring your earphones and listen to your phone for music. There was WiFI available for free.

Along the way, he pointed out animals, gave riding tips, took great pictures, and tailored the route to match our group's abilities while keeping it exciting. The ride lasted about two hours and took us through beautiful terrain. The equipment was in good condition, and every rider had a great time. I would definitely recommend this adventure and would happily do it again!"

He knows what flies to use when and in what places. He doesn't hold back and has a great time giving out-of-towners tips on how to be successful in this beautiful place. Mike also has great pointers on how to stay safe. While we were in his shop he was telling an out-of-town couple about how to be safe when in bear country. He knows Cody well too. He told them where to find good bear mace and us where to get fishing licenses. My father-in-law (who owns a cabin in Wapiti, about 30 miles outside of Cody) told my husband that the other fly shop in town doesn't do as good of a job helping people to be successful. He says he loves The Humble Fly and after our first trip there meeting Mike and his super friendly borgi (Border Collie/Corgi mix) named Ike, we both do too!
