This isn't a Pill Mill, so you dead beats looking to come in and whine and cry that your in so much pain, because you had some BS surgery 10-20 years ago....need to find some other place to feed your addictions! It's people like this, that make it hard on people such as myself to get the proper care needed to help me cope with my injuries! Also, you take Dr. Piechals big heart for granted and can cause him the headache of having to deal with agencies such as the DEA, Medical Boards, and/or doctors/pharmacies to start breathing down his neck! Dr. Piechal has been God Sent in my eyes!!!!! He has done wonders with helping me cope with my pain, as well as, better understanding what is good and/or bad with what I should/shouldn't be doing to help ease my pain. You don't or shouldn't always have to reach for the medicine cabinet every time your hurting. There are many ways to relieve pain, without pills, which is one of many things Dr. Piechal has thought me over the years as his patient. So, if your in a lot of pain or have a serious injury and you need a great doctor with a wonderful staff, Dr. Piechal is your guy! If your just looking for pills to feed your addiction, I hear Florida and some places in Eastern Oklahoma are the places you might consider. I was meeting my son for his appointment, and told them he was on the way and we would check in once he arrived. He was coming from school, and around the time of dismissal it began to pour. He is a brand new driver, so it took him much longer than anticipated. I was watching his tracking and kept the receptionist updated. At 13 minutes late he pulled into the lot. He got out of his car, ran across the lot, and was standing right outside the door (dripping wet) when she announced to me that they would have to reschedule. I told her he is right outside the door, and we were fine with making his session 15 minutes shorter. There was no intention to make the next appointment late. I also understand the policy, but 30 seconds "too late" after he had ran from his car. I reported this and never got a response. I cancelled the rest of his sessions, and we have found a wonderful new place. I also know their policy is not that inflexible. I am rarely late to anything, but one time I hit some crazy traffic on my way to the Springdale clinic and I was over 15 mins late. The therapist still took me and we cut our session short. I just don't tolerate rudeness or lack of compassion, and therefore we will not be returning.

He also says he's "not trying to be a block to treatment", for instance if you suggest a treatment that isn't his first line, he'll explain to you why he thinks there is a better option to try first. But if appropriate, he'll let you have input in regards to your own care. He also does a great job of trying to help you select options that save you money, and doesn't run unnecessary tests or prescribe unnecessary meds if there are other options that are cheaper. My wife and I have both been to him multiple times and we remain satisfied with our doctor. We also have no problems getting appointments and they'll even work you in on a walk-in if needed.

Dr Cox explained what this procedure entailed and respected my concerns. The surgery was an outpatient procedure and went home the same day. It's been a year now and I am totally satisfied with Dr Cox's work. Of course the Reverse revision is just that, reverse and it has its limitations. But I understood the restrictions and I am very happy. The office. Is pleasant and the staff wonderful. I highly recommend Dr Cox.
