The ride lasted about two hours and took us through beautiful terrain. The equipment was in good condition, and every rider had a great time. Perfect gym for when you're on the road in Cody Wyoming and want a Day Pass…read more It was very easy to create a login online on their website. Takes about 5 to 10 minutes to do this. You will pay for the gym day pass, which is $10 all on the website. They will instruct you to download an app which is very easy to do as there is a link from an email that gets sent once you have paid for your membership for the day. The gym location is on the corner with the entrance on Sheridan way. You need to go through some doors and go down the stairs. You will use your app that you downloaded and logged in and stand close to the door and it will allow you access using your phone. If you need to see what the gym looks like, you can stop by and look through their windows or look online. https://www.instagram.com/wyomingsportandfitness/ Once you are inside the gym has everything you will need and there was nobody here. We arrived there at 3pm on a Saturday in the summer. They had four treadmills two stair climber, four elliptical machines, stationary bicycles, both the sitting kind and the spinning type. They also have two rower machines this gym has everything. Free weights, barbells machines, medicine balls, a yoga room blocks, stretching out area and ropes. You can't beat this for $10 and Wright downtown of Cody. Lots of parking on the street nearby. There are also plenty of spray bottles to wipe down your machines and a water fountain. There was music pumping but you can bring your earphones and listen to your phone for music. There was WiFI available for free.

The wranglers are unprofessional, know-nothing, high school kids and have no idea what they're doing, either. No greeting when we got there, no nothing. Bob also INSISTED that we tip after the trail ride (we didn't) and I couldn't believe the audacity this old fart has. The trail is steep and dangerous - NOT FOR BEGINNERS - and the horses have no shelter from the hot sun and are tied up all day. Not even watered between trail rides (got there right as prior group came back and the horses were either used right away again or tied back up). YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
