She seemed concerned that I showed up for my appointment, so I confirmed several times that someone was available to give me my 1 hour massage with hot stones. Right away she wanted me to pay for the service even though I had not received it. Fine she settled the service, takes me to a room, then she tells me the masseuse is busy and if I want to come back or wait 30 minutes. I got annoyed that she didn't tell me this before settling the payment. Then after I complained she said she could do half of the massage and then the other masseuse would finish. She said they were busy, but I had an appointment and if she couldn't provide the service then why have me pay in advance. So the first woman that did the massage was awesome, the second woman was very lame all she did was rub with minimal pressure. I won't be returning for another massage here. I have them 3 stars due to plenty of parking and the first of the massage being great.
