Things you actually want and need aswell unlike some shops which only offer things you dont really want but buy as they are on offer. They sell everything you could need, first is beauty products from make up to hair dye, cleaning stuff, bedroom furniture and paint, food, childrens toys, photo frames, books, fake christmas tree's, perfect gifts, gazebos and garden furniture. They only do baskets, which you will end up filling to the brim with complete bargins, the shop is well laid out and easy to navigate, staff are never very far away and always on hand to help.

Checkouts always well manned and the lower levels of service on the shop floor are covered by much lower prices. However much of what they sell isnt such a bargain as its much lower quality good, so be carefully and grab a good item for a decent price rather than a poor one for a low price

This is a fairly new store, and it is massive! The major down side to this shop, is the pay and…read moredisplay parking which is in place until 4pm, although you can get it refunded if you spend over £5 in store, it is a hassle trying to find change just to park to go into the supermarket! The store is on two levels, the lower level has all the food and a pharmacy whilst a travellator takes you upto clothes, homeware, toys and electrics. There is a nice little cafe which offers cheap lunches, about £3 gets you a light lunch served hot by a smiling member of staff! The staff in this store are on the whole actually great at customer service, and you do feel valued as they chat to you at the check out. Lots of bargains to be had in the 'whoopsie' section which is nearly always full found at the rear of the store in the chilled section.

I ordered £100 of items including Skip Hop Changing bag, swaddling wrap & Izziwotnot blankets. Some of the items were not in stock & I expected a delay but what I experienced was unbelievable! Swaddling was delivered straight away. After many, many attempts at calling & emailing I requested that my order be cancelled after 2 months had passed(!!) & I received NO communication or updates on my items. They had neither refunded me or contacted me with in the 30 days as per their T & C. Surprisingly the Skip hop bag turned up AFTER I cancelled the order. I have kept it as I dont think I would ever get a refund otherwise! They have ignored my cancellation request & even though I sent another email confirming cancellation of the other items I have not received any communication regards refund of my money or delivery. Still waiting for the Izziwotnot blankets & I intend on contacting Skip Hop & Izziwotnot to inform them of the poor service received by their distributor. The telephone is never answered, emails not responded to & to top it all off they have cancelled my 'account' on line so now I can not see the original order that was made as their site now tells me that it does not recognise my email address! Appauling & far too stressful for any pregnant women to have to deal with. NEVER EVER shop with this company!!! Almost 3 months & I am still waiting for some of my goods or my money back.
