Ok cool set up the appointment gave her all my information. She said that once my insurance was verify someone would call me back. I understand that it was the weekend and it would take until a weekday for someone gets back to me. Well I waited and I call the office back that Wednesday to make sure that I was going to be set up for my Thursday's appointment. Called back and got a complete run around. The office is super clean and very state of the art. The only feedback i have is i felt the dental assistant forgot to provide post op care instructions and I had to ask for the paperwork. I love at the Chicago location they have a pharmacy inside and I was able to fill my prescriptions right there on the spot.
