Got all the help and explanation we needed. Great varied selection of items and prices. Varied things to do,paint on canvas, make a terrarium, and paint ceramics. Our family really enjoys coming here. I have brought our church ladies here, too. Very friendly staff and clean facilities.

I took my two little ones here. (Ages two and three) the prices are outrageous. A large coffee cup is over twenty dollars to paint. I understand over head and other expenses but that is insane. They also charge you a 5 dollar sitting fee on top of that for each child. And if you choose to paint something you have to pay it for yourself as well. I think if you are paying their high prices for a piece a sitting fee is a tad ridiculous. The place is nothing spectacular. You have to set up your own paints which there isn't a huge selection to choose from. I got someone who explained the process to us but you do get left on your own. It's not easy to tell what your piece will turn out like because once it's finished the colors change. I would go back only knowing now I'm going to be spending a pretty penny for my kids to paint something exciting. read more

She went over everything with us and made sure we were taken care of the whole time! We will definitely be back soon! I am giving this place 2 stars ONLY because of the customer services (or lack of) that we received. I took my girls the weekend before fathers day, there was a young girl at the counter who literally offered ZERO help even when I told her it was our first time there. If I dared ask a question I can almost see her eyes roll and I could feel how I was bothering her. A couple times I noticed she even rolled her eyes at my kids. I get it kids my little one might have been loud at times, she is afterall 18 months old and got a little carried away with the paints. But still, isn't this your target customer? Families, kids, parents? Specially on the weekend before fathers day where kids are excited to make something for their dads? It was supposed to be a fun experience but it was almost stressful having to walk on eggshells trying to figure what the hell you're doing with ZERO guidance while keeping your kids quiet so they don't bother the employee. I think this was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had in my life. Expected a little more especially considering I spend $90 on 3 paintings. I will say however, that when I went to pick up my paintings a week later I was greeted by another lady. Larger lady with shorter hair ( I describe her only so the store owner can hopefully recognize her) who greeted my so warmly as soon as I walked in I was almost shocked. She was so friendly, nice and knowledgeable complete opposite of the younger lady who was there when we did out paintings. I relayed to her how we had been treated and she was so genuinely apologetic on her coworkers behalf that it made me want to give this business a 2nd chance. A plus was that she gave us coupons to come back and give them another chance. If she is there I will definitely come back. she really impressed me with how much she cared about our experience and to win back our business. I really wish I had gone there when she was working I know it would have been a complete different experience. read more

Dropped in here without a reservation on a Friday and although the shop was busy, they made sure to make a spot for me and my niece. We enjoyed picking out our pieces and painting them. The reason I give 3 stars and not 5 is because of the lack of employees on hand to assist. There was only one person working that day and she was extremely busy. Me, being new, I would have appreciated someone who could take the time to explain things to me and present options to me. My niece and I were left to ourselves to figure things out. I am not the most artistic person so assistance and inspiration would have been very much appreciated. I did enjoy the time painting and I love the pieces we painted however, I would hope that in the future there would be more assistance available for new comers like myself. I'd like to learn various technique for painting pottery and be able to paint something that's quality rather than be left to my own devices and feel like I've missed out. read more

This is the best place to come for a relaxing, Fun time ! They do get busy so reservations are helpful, but not required. The staff is Very knowledgeable and helpful. I've been a loyal customer for 8 years now and I have watched my painting get better with each piece of pottery. I started taking my daughter when she was 10 years old and she has great memories of our time together as well as adorable pieces that she uses as piggy banks and keepsake holders. I love that they never rush anyone, because it takes time to paint 3 coats of paint on (you need 3 coats to get the depth of coverage needed for good color). The prices are very reasonable - starting at $12 for the unpainted bisque. This includes the staff firing your pottery to set the paint, it will be ready to pick up in 5-7 days. There is also a sitting fee (for unlimited use of supplies, like paint, brushes, stencils, stamps, etc) which is only $8.00/adult & $5.00/child no matter how long you are there ! Some places charge by the hour. I would and do recommend this place for families to make special memories that they get to keep. Also it's a Great place for Date nights ! For me it's my favorite place to spend with a friend, you can talk and catch up while making amazing keepsakes.
