Cracked lid with a jagged edge

I purchased a child's water bottle and the lid cracked in half after two weeks of normal 6 year old girl use. I complained to PBK customer service and they said "was it dropped or banged?" To which I replied it's a children's water bottle! 100% of kids drop or bang them shouldn't quality account for that?! But to my knowledge my child didn't do anything violent to it because she has several other water bottles that are years old and fine. Got a nasty response that it's my fault it's broken and they weren't going to replace it or sell a replacement lid. The worst customer service! Their damn products are expensive at least back it up with quality.

Quite possibly the best store in the mall to cool off on a hot summer day. Their AC is always on full blast and the associates are very friendly. Currently, they have an incentive to spend more to be able to save more. As my wife and I try to decorate and furnish our son's nursery, this one stop shop makes life much easier. We will be back for sure for more items.

If we have a daughter, would it be wrong of me to deck the room in Star Wars? Princess Leia is a strong female lead character, and there are lady Jedi Knights too, right? [http://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/0WkFoJvA4TOVIYyIdi4LWQ?select=088R0Rgf28zuUE-hTf5eYw] Well maybe, since Wifey would never allow it, but no matter what, I'm still getting a nightlight [http://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/0WkFoJvA4TOVIYyIdi4LWQ?select=E7wwDtwH4IUpWD4gBjtZYw]. The place is spendy and I'd have to take out a major line of credit to afford all the high-priced merchandise that caters to any mini-me's. It just bums me out that people would spend so much money on overpriced items that kids quickly outgrow, both physically and in trendy terms. The folks here seem nice enough. We were greeted as we walked through the doors, and the place had a fair amount of customers in the store. No one approached us as we browsed the store, so I couldn't really tell if they were short-staffed, or if we somehow had "broke @$$" or "not serious buyer" written on the back of our shirts.

Lunch bags that my daughters chose.

Do yourself a favor and go spend some time looking at all the beautiful treasures and buy something special for yourself or someone you love. This store is amazing! Also - if you are an interior designer... Please pick out some special pieces for your clients, from David. He takes such pride in what he sells. He was also kind enough to gift wrap this piece for me and it looked beautiful. We are so lucky to have a store like this in San Diego and especially in the heart of Little Italy. You could spend a whole day looking at the beautiful shops on Ketner and having a nice meal at one of the restaurants nearby. I love this store! You will too... It feels like something out of Los Angeles, but the prices are much more reasonable here! It's not inexpensive, but you're getting what you pay for and the quality is so unparalleled.

He followed me around the store until I felt forced to have conversation with him. I awkwardly fumbled a couch cushion while trying to talk and figure out WTF was going on and he made a huff about fixing it. There are some nice items but I would never enter that space again. I've rarely felt so uncomfortable in a business.

Months I began looking for a living room sofa set. I visited showrooms all over San Diego, Orange…read moreCounty and Los Angeles. Until I visited Furniture Depot in Chula Vista, most the sofas and accent chairs were either cheap, poorly constructed, overpriced, they didn't have the size sofa for my living room... or the fabric wasn't the color I was looking for to match my other living room decor. One store I was going to buy from prior, the owner had me pay for the entire living room set upfront "because it was custom" then after waiting over a month the guy told me the fabric was discontinued. I found a swatch sample in their showroom that was basically identical, but the owner told me it would be $1,500 more for that fabric. I told him the deal is dead, give me my money back, which he did. I concluded the guy seemed nice but he was like a wolf in sheep's clothing. After that painful ordeal, I went and searched showrooms in San Diego's South Bay. I was about to give up but there was one last store I went into that day on Broadway in Chula Vista, Furniture Depot. Right from the beginning I was impressed. Their showroom larger than most furniture stores with vastly different styles throughout. The manager Dustin greeted me shortly after I walked in. He was there to assist and answer any questions I had. Dustin was very knowledgeable about all the products. He put everything at ease. It was a relief speaking with someone in the business who was honest and transparent about everything. After speaking with him only a few minutes I knew I was going to make my purchase through this store. Everything I was interested in could be ordered new, he explained. He offered custom sizes and many colors to choose from. Dollar for dollar, based on the quality of product, I don't think there's any local competitor that can match their service or quality. The turn-around for the custom-sized furniture was very fast, less than 2 weeks. The guys who delivered the product performed a white glove delivery service for a very low reasonable fee, lower cost than most furniture places offer. I ended up buying a 92" sofa, ottoman and accent chair - all new - all matching fabric, great quality, and very comfortable to sit and lay in. I'm glad I found this place. I highly recommend this furniture store. (My photos in this review)
