    Good dentist, affordable and friendly but it takes a long time to reschedule an appointment and they never answer the phone.

The day before April 2024 appointments Lofton Creek Smiles called at 4:39 pm for ins #. The office closed at 5 pm. The day of the appointment Lofton Creek Smiles calls at 8:30 am, I'm driving on 95 for skin Dr appointment. In my dermatologists office I pull up the # and call them at 9 am, which is when I find out they moved my appointment to 2 pm. How could they know I could make it?? They take my cigna #. 11:37 am Lofton Creek Smiles calls to say they're not accepting cigna but I can still come for a cleaning if I come at 2pm. I arrive 1:47pm, sign in. No one sees or speaks to me until 2:08 pm. A masked cheery person takes me to a room, them says she's gonna go get the X-ray supplies she needs. I say no x-rays you don't accept my insurance. She states cheerily then I can't give you a cleaning. I left. Why get a whole set of x-rays for $1,000 when we're not staying with a dentist office that is this messed up office. Of course we're going to find a dentist who takes our insurance. Who would stay with a dentist who doesn't take my insurance nor do they care about wasting my time Scheduling appointments, providing ins #, calling, sitting in a waiting room where all staff hides? Not one person in the office tried to help me OR even tell me the cos cost!!! These people are not customer friendly at all. Lofton Creek Smiles does not care about their patients' health!!! Stay Away!! If they did they would: 1. Ask for ins info at time of Scheduling 2. Provide online portal to submit paperwork after Scheduling to obtain insurance info 3. Tell prospective patients they dropped their dental insurance (if they ever accepted it) 3. Not change patients appointment time without asking - the day of!!! 4. Not present potential costs when they deny insurance before sitting in the chair. 5. Not act like it's an everyday occurrence when patients leave without treatment Run! Don't walk away from this place.

    I want to Aspen dental because they had a guarantee that you would be satisfied I wanted to screw…read morein type they recommended a pair that would just snap in and remove once a year for cleaning so I had them order on one day got them I tried them on and they said okay but after a couple days I had to have him taken out cuz I had a very sore throat so I asked him about another type of denture and what they gave me did not work either the dentures that they made for me were 13,660.20 since nothing worked out I asked him about their warranty while they were trying to figure out what to do we couldn't come to something would work out for both of us they offered me a settlement of $2,233 which they put in their pocket $11,427.20 to their good and I have nothing that will work for me so whoever reads this have a blessed day and remember the words buyer beware
