His professionalism put you at ease and made you feel like a true executive/VIP. He kept us posted along the timeline up to arrival at the pickup spot. He looked like a VIP himself and the Lincoln Navigator was immaculate. We rolled on. Mr. Andre was all about his customer being that we had to make a pit stop at a friend's house so he could dress down also. In talking to him while we waited, it's as if Mr. Andre and I had known each other for years. We jammed to all my old school favorites and his head was bobbing to the tunes in sync with ours. I hadn't done a drive through downtown DC when it's live and he knew all the spots. Throngs of folks lined the joints where he took us. Mr. Andre would drop us off and he would find somewhere to wait for us while we partook in the nightlife. It was going swell until my friend hit his limit. On the way to another spot, he fell ill. Mr. Andre completely understood and had to make multiple stops on the way home so as to minimize any damage to the luxurious interior of his vehicle. At no time did his demeanor change towards us and he was genuinely concerned with the our satisfaction and well-being. Consider All About You for your future limousine service needs. Our driver (who also happened to be the Owner) arrived 15 minutes early (and was dressed perfectly). Once we stepped outside, we are treated like rock stars (red carpet and all, literally). The limo was immaculate inside and out. Since this was a wine tour, our driver made sure my girls and I were all set and taken care of at each winery (3 in total). He also had fun tidbits of information regarding each winery. Our drive to each location was smooth and relaxing. They helped us coordinate drop-offs at two different locations--Airbnbs for the wedding party and hotels for our guests--and were such a huge help in planning out the logistics to make everything run smoothly. What truly stood out was how accommodating they were. We even had to make changes the day before the wedding, and they handled it without any issues at all. That level of flexibility was such a relief during an already busy time. They were by far the best value we found in the area. It is with profound appreciation that I post this review to express my sincere thanks and gratitude…read moreto Khalil and Reda who I found to be the most professional and courteous souls in the transportation industry. While I've hired other agencies in the past, Tangier Transportation certainly raised the bar. And, as a grumpy, aging geezer, I am not easily impressed. My lifelong buddy, whose daughter is my God-Daughter, chose Tangier for transportation to and from a hotel and her wedding venue nearby in Rixeyville, VA. He did the research before he chose Tangier and, as I demanded to cover the cost for this service, I did additional research. OK. So online, Tangier seemed to be a good bet. I could NOT have been more pleased. My conversations with Khalil both before and after the event were, believe it, enjoyable. He is easy to work with and most attentive to the needs of his clients. His "day after" call to make certain everything was to our liking was not surprising given my previous conversations with him. I will ever recall Khalil mentioning how Tangier drivers do not show up "on time". They show up well ahead of time to ease the jitters that always come when hiring such a service. Well .... Our driver, Reda, arrived to the hotel well before the clock started ticking. And was he a delight! Polished and professional, he attended to every variant we introduced into our scheduled runs to/from the event. The 28 passenger shuttle he piloted appeared to be brand new! For sure, Reda represented the perfect "face" of this organization. And I shall never forget that smile! Ever. Finally, and I must say this, Tangier has a really good thing going here and I will ever remember them for future transportation needs. And you should, too. You will not be disappointed. Benjamin B.
