Kim was only available after 1400 to measure me up for the alteration. It was a short and sweet measure with a delay of one week for the finished product. Whilst I was getting dressed, Kim said that it would be £30!! £30 in my mind is a crazy price! Who gets off charging that much? And then a small thing which added to the annoyance was a 35p charge for using the card machine! After all this, the work was done well and I am happy with the shirt. If you're happy paying these sorts of prices then it's decent work you'll get.

This poor woman works all the hours that god sends just so as we can have our dress ready for Sat night, or our trousers taken up, or bridesmaids dresses made. Everything and anything this woman is a godsend to my wardrobe. I'm constantly getting things altered to fit with current trends, my shoes or just my annoyingly large bust. Kim you are an angel. Need i say more?

Sarah was so reassuring, making it obvious that she was very competent and professional. Cannot thank Sarah enough for all her help and care with something that was at the time a complete disaster. To add to our fantastic service, Sarah also packed the dress to transport abroad. Service was second to non! Will not hesitate to use this shop in future, and recommend.
