They helped make planning this multi country trip a breeze. In our initial meeting they asked all the right questions to help plan the perfect trip just for US. They ask things like how we like to travel, outdoorsy or city, nice restaurants or dive bars, lots of museums and tours or to be by ourselves most of the time. Do we like to walk a lot or take public transportation. Things we would not have even thought to consider. They really got a great feel for how best to give us our dream trip. And they hit the nail right on the head!! They were terrific about taking suggestions and finding us places off the beaten path that we would not have known about had we not used them. We did food tours, took a batik class, local breweries, bike tours through cities and in the back country and many temples, just to name a few. It was such a pleasure working with them; so kind and friendly and welcoming. We are avid travelers and I don't think we'll take our future trips without using them! My mom needs to change her return flight to a later date because she's staying in Vietnam longer. The travel agent is being extremely uncooperative and told us to contact the airline when we've already did and they said to contact the travel agent. The airline said thay because the tickets were booked through a travel agent that we have to contact them to make changes (which honestly makes sense as that's generally the protocol for any third party booking). Travel agent is being lazy and telling us a bunch of lies. The ticketing receipt even says changes are available. Just take a look at the rest of the reviews - this place needs to go out of business. Don't book here, save your money and book directly with the airline. It's also much cheaper. UPDATE: Had a very frustrating call with the owner/travel agent and he still claims that he cannot make changes to the flight WHEN THE AIRLINE SAID THAT HE SHOULD BE ABLE TO MAKE THE CHANGES. I was on hold with the airline for hours. They told me that because the ticket was booked via third party/travel agent that they need to make the changes. Travel agent claims that he's not able to make the changes. All tickets regardless if it's a non-refundable fare allows for changes, subject to change fees and the difference of the new ticket which we are aware of. We're not asking for a refund, just a simple date change for the returning flight and for some reason, this travel agent claims he cannot do it because it's a liar and scammer. He's unethical and simply a terrible travel agent. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
