The texture felt like they'd been sitting under a heat lamp instead of freshly made. Overall it's not terrible, just not what it used to be. Still edible, but the quality and portion size have definitely slipped enough to notice. -- So then it said the review needed to be approved by the owner which triggered an alarm. I went back to their site to look at their reviews and see they mostly have 5 star review and a few 4s...nothing less than a 4 and this is why. They clearly sensor the bad reviews!

I arrived early so I had to wait for them to finish making the food. They were a little busy inside but there was still some seats. They have a kiosk where you can order your food now as well so you don't have to wait for an employee to help you. The customer service was great when I was there. My wife enjoyed her Salmon bowl, she just wish the portion size of the Salmon was bigger but it seems like Waba Grill are giving smaller portions now.

The staff is always amazing and attentive here. I've never left here feeling the same as when I came in, instead, I am always leaving here happier, that's what good service is about! I had their coleslaw which also taste fresh. Their fries were not as crispy as I'd like them to be but still had enough of the crisp and weren't all soggy. I had a bite of the chicken sandwich and that tasted pretty good but again I don't know if it was because I really hungry. They have a lot of combos to choose from and come off as a little overpriced. I don't mind coming back but really gotta be craving them to spend almost $20 for one meal.
