Update: I tried the japche: 12 euros and great.
- Health: A lot of vegetables and the meat is quite lean, also possibility of tofu. It's a heavy meal though, with the rice and egg in it.
- Pleasure: Great mix of things, I love how they put a raw egg on top of it, because the pot is so hot, it will boil during eating. The still sizzlin' rice and sesame oil on the bottom get nice and crunchy.
- Quantity: Really satisfying.
- Variety: Like I said, you'll get a couple of veggies (spinach, soybean sprouts, ...), seaweed, kimchi, an egg and you can choose if you'd like meat or tofu with it.
