Rude, surly & abrasive receptionists, £100 parking fine (dealt with in writing to avoid receptionists completely) for over-staying 30min allowance by 11 mins (as called in 30min late for appointment), 42 space car park with only 1 free space (which I used) and only 6 people in the waiting room... who is this policy prioritising, branch staff? Talk about preying on the weak and vulnerable. When appealed Surgery supported parking company not their patient, despite confirming I had an appointment and was called in late. Also, so busy you often have to wait outside in the rain to get into the building, can take over 25 minute queueing, have repeatedly witnessed receptionists be appalling to other patients and been greeted with just "Yes" myself, not welcoming at all.
