Ordered a 20x30 poster and it came and looked great. The paper was very thin- thinner than any standard poster I've had made (Almost like the old school fax paper). I wanted to laminate it to hang it in my classroom. I laminated it and all the dark black, blue and brown ink ran and the poster is completely destroyed! I guess it's partially my fault because I laminated it, however, I'm a teacher and laminate everything and I've NEVER had a poster color run like this. I've laminated things printed from an inkjet printer and they don't run. I contacted customer service and that was of no use. So, I literally wasted $40 in having it printed and now need to find another site to have it printed. read more

Solid. These guys do great work. I've had sample and production prints done with them for the last few months. This included low cost poster prints, archival art prints and the sticker sheet material. Is there a zero star option?? Ordered posters for a project for our children's band. What we received was nowhere near what we ordered. Not even close. It was like they turned the opacity down on our file. There is no way a trained professional (or even the non-educated) would look at our file and look at what we received and think that this was at all acceptable to send to a client. "Cheap affordable printing" should still look right. Should still resemble the file we sent. And if it doesn't, we should have been contacted. Why even offer the paper we had our poster printed on when it would come out like this?? I can think of nothing that you could use this paper for. No one would want this. No one. It's like the Black was running out on their printer. Kinkos would do a better job. We are all art professionals on our team. Graphic designers, illustrators, videographers, photographers. Many of us have worked as printers in the past. We know what we are talking about when it comes to printing. We would be fired immediately if we EVER sent a client anything that resembled what we received. And the icing on the cake was when we contacted costumer service, they couldn't be more rude. They blamed us. They offered no refund or credit toward the remainder of the posters we were going to order. These posters we had printed were a test. A test Poster Ninja failed miserably. In every single way. So now we are just out our money and all we have to show for it is scrap paper. What a waste. Avoid these jokers at all costs. read more

Best place for printing! I had to print for a project and they print the same day. I was able to pick it up myself. I chose the cheapest options for a large poster and the colors still turned out great. The prices were the most affordable compared to other printing places saving me $50! I will say they respond to emails kind of slow and for some reason phone calls did not go through at all. Once you're there at the building, they were extremely helpful. read more

I had an art piece of mine done out in a 2 by 3 foot poster. Everywhere else I looked either came with a huge price tag or the risk of cutting off the edges (whereas I still had a lot of detail on the bottom). I took a chance at this place, seeing as there weren't too many reviews not on their website, and went ahead with paying the 25 dollars in printing and shipping, and I wasn't disappointed. The poster was well wrapped, in perfect condition, and most of the colours were amazing. The only colour that seems slightly off on mine is dark green, but it's unnoticeable enough that it's still going to look mesmerizing. I'm really glad I took my chances with this place.
