This post office is on College street in sthelens which is a prime spot as its a very busy…read morelocation. The post office is a good size, they offer great services. The staff are always nice and helpfull and offer great customer service. The shop is always clean and also sell other things aswell as just stamps etc.

Abysmal Post Office…read more You can't do Amazon returns here or as I got told "the scanner isn't working, you'll have to go to another one." You can't deposit money into your bank account here even though it says you can and is a Post Office Service! just outright say it's something they don't do there when they are supposed to! the other Post Office located in Thriftys 1.3 miles away does it! Even if there's a non existent que, it takes you ages to actually get served as they're always to busy talking and not actually doing their job, not to mention how rude and obnoxious they are as if it's an inconvenience that you came to the store and actually make them do some work. God forbid! This branch is a disgrace to the Post Office and should seriously be investigated and get staff that can actually be bothered to do the bare minimum of the job description.
