One alleged delivery attempt was made by USPS and they refused to deliver the package because they said dogs were out (on our farm). They are not our Black lab puppies - someone dumped them at our farm. I don't know if this is true - based on another review I read, no delivery attempt was even made in their case. We and our dogs were in the kitchen about 60 feet from the driveway when the alleged delivery attempt was made at just after 6:00 in the evening. Since when does USPS deliver at that hour? Not one of our dogs barked, which always happens when someone shows up. The Marshfield, MO USPS postmaster refused to re-deliver the package. I received two re-delivery USPS confirmations and the Marshfield, MO postmaster refused them both. USPS customer service says that the problem is that the 35 pound (or so) tractor seat is too heavy to re-deliver. I have a confirmation stating that the USPS was going to re-deliver today - but when I called the Marshfield, MO USPS office that told me that they would NOT re-deliver as required by USPS rules. Our USPS corporation is in shambles. Buying a tractor seat from Amazon is one thing, getting it delivered is something else. I have decided to avoid USPS when ever possible. Amazon should do the same thing. And if you have a choice of shippers, I suggest that you select something besides USPS - if you actually want to receive your package. Postage stamps were 3 cents in the 1950's and now they are 78 cents - and the mails is almost always delayed. FedEx and UPS are way better. One post here suggests firing the Marshfield, MO USPS postmaster - Can you imagine that? Anthony

LOL I MAILED A LETTER BACK TO ME ON NOV 1st. it got delivered in Feb 20. Mailed Christmas cards out in October. Out of 118 0 got them before Feb 1st. It takes months to get a package delivered. Ordered some supplies from China. Took 2 weeks to Get from China to Springfield. Took Springfield USPS 186 days to get it to me. THIS IS NORMAL AS OF 2024. 2023 and back 0 problems 2024 they started on dat one.

I have been into the office on a Monday morning when it was dead, and there was 4 tellers working. Didn't even really wait in line. But if you go in around lunch time, or on the weekends. You will find 3 people up front 2 of them will have "next window signs." So basically there is 1 teller to help usually 10 or more people in line. The last time I was in there was 3 tellers working. "This was around noon" the line was moving okay. There was around 7 of us in line. Then one teller decided to up, and go on break. While the other decided to close her lane, and start doing certified letters... Once I got closer to the front I asked the clerk doing the letters if they could possibly open another window? Her reply was; Ummm I'm pretty busy doing these letters so I can't help you. Someone will be back soon, so you're just gonna have to wait.... Another time I was in I didn't have enough cash to cover the amount, so I whip out the new credit card.. The teller looks at me, and says; it's not signed on the back. To which I reply; oh sorry just got it here's my ID... She retorts; I can't take it; it's not signed... I said okay I can sign it real quick. She said; no you can't sign it in front of me, and now you can't use it today... What? First off if you're an expert in signatures you would be able to compare my license, and signature... Secondly just having an ID with my picture, and signature on it should have sufficed.. In conclusion if you're not a private organization, and your check comes from tax payers. Then the public should be your main concern, and not your personal problems..
