Yelp says the business is open until 6 pm and google says 5:30 pm. I arrived at 5:25 pm and as I drove up a gentleman locked the door. Since all I needed was to drop off a package, I hurried up to the door in hopes he could take it anyway (after all I still had 5 minutes until he closed). On my way up I noticed that my FedEx label (a sticky label) was curling up at the edge. I banged on the door, he opened, and I said, "I need to drop this off but the label is lifting at the edge. Can you put a piece of tape on it?" He replied that he could but it would cost me $2. Needless to say I declined. Although I wish I was able to arrive sooner, I would appreciate a retail business that stayed open the hours it has posted (even if you have *just* 5 minutes). As for the $2 "packaging" fee, I think that's a great business practice I want to implement in my own life. I will now charge every bonehead I meet a $2 handling fee.

Goin Postal is about a 2/3 really like a 2.5. It's convenient to drop off packages instead of…read moredriving to town. But to use their services it's a bit ridiculous. They mark up their prices quite a bit. I just recently shipped a package and the cheapest was FedEx, or so they said and it was 37.15 to ship. I checked online through FedEx exclusively and it was $15.18 to ship. So just over a 20$ markup to basically print a label. Also they don't print the labels while you are there, they say they will email it to you, however I never got an email, so I called to get the tracking number and the woman who answered was rude at first and huffed and puffed a few times while I explained I never got an email and just needed the tracking number. She finally gave it to me after she found me name and didn't mention an email so I'm not sure how that works or if they just misspelled my name. Overall I would go back to Goin Postal if I provided my own label as a drop off. If not, I would rather drive the extra 10 miles and drop off at a different location. Not worth the price.

Well I check on the package and now it won't arrive until Thursday! I could've saved $30 on shipping if I wanted it there a day later. Do not trust this place to get your packages where they're going when they say they will. I will never use this location again. If I could give zero stars I would. Update:: they did end up refunding me the difference in the shipping costs and I really couldn't ask for anything more than that.
