I've been with her since! She is fantastic. The Pure Salon is great in that each stylist has their own room, so there's privacy for those that need it. Before the procedure, she thoroughly went over aftercare and answered any questions I had. Perhaps most importantly, while sketching my brows, she was sure to make sure they were perfect and that I, not liked them, but LOVED them. During the procedure, she made sure that I had access to a mirror and asked if I saw any imperfections that I wanted altered. She was completely unphased by my desire for an additional stroke here or there, something my previous artist did not appreciate. She really makes the experience a collaborative effort. This was my 3rd haircut at this salon. The first 2 haircuts were decent and pretty straightforward…read more This time, I was greeted by a different stylist than I had previously, without any notice that there would be a change. I went with it, not thinking anything the quality would have changed much. The hair wash was fine, but she gave me a wet cut so I didn't notice the way she had cut. She also did a blowout with a curl so I didn't see the blunt, unblended layers. Again, I just asked for a very small trim; a "dusting" of the ends she called it. The stylist proceeded to take chunks out of my hair and shorten the length by 2+ inches at the bottom. The shortest layers are 1 inch above the rest of my hair; not blended. I am very disappointed and embarrassed as this is the worst haircut I have ever received. The haircut is reminiscent of a jellyfish; certainly not what I wanted. It's a good thing I can still pull my hair into a ponytail.
