It was a copious bowl of rich flavor: the porchetta was outstanding. The broth itself lacked a little flavor, initially, as I think I needed to mix the seasonings more. Once I did, YUM! My friend got the The Granite City, which is house maple-bourbon turkey, cheddar, cranberry mayo, LTO on cranberry pecan whole wheat. He asked if he could have it toasted (it was so chilly outside and we'd skied all morning) and Stefano said they don't normally do so, but sure, why not. My friend said it was delicious. Stefano later told us that he hadn't thought about toasting it before, as no one had ever asked, but he bet it was good. He was also really nice; he sells the Maple Sap Soda that I cannot find elsewhere and he was willing to sell us a six-pack. I considered it and then kind of forgot.
