I joined out of curiosity, hoping to gain some clarity around my own energy levels. I absolutely gained that and MORE. Michelle is approachable, supportive, encouraging, and gifted at educating her clients. During the two-week session, each participant wears a CGM that gathers their personal data, and Michelle guides us through understanding what it all means. Watching my glucose levels respond to foods in real time is addictively fascinating, but having her explain why it's happening is what makes the experience truly beneficial. Michelle holds space with ease and compassion. She never labels anything as good or bad--even foods are simply described as nourishing or depleting--and she gently diffuses any self-criticism that arises, helping the whole group release judgement, and relax into curiosity instead. This group has definitely improved my relationship with food. I now understand so much more about which foods help me feel steady and which ones tend to spike and crash my energy--and deplete my pancreas. I'm more aware, and far more connected to how my body responds to foods and why. If you want to better understand your own energy patterns and understand how foods react in your body, this program is genuinely worth your time and money. It's budget-friendly, eye-opening, empowering, and honestly, worth repeating. Every round gives you new insights about your body, and those insights make a big difference!

She is always very supportive and I love her nurturing style. She makes sure that I feel safe which isn't what I have always been used to but that's what allows me to open up. When Vanessa and I initially talked, I realized I was struggling with boundaries around food, personal time, self-confidence, self-worth and making the time to put my body first: essentially, what I came to know as Body Wisdom. Not a phrase you might have heard of specifically before, but this is one of the key phrases that I learned early on in the Feed Your Power Coaching Program. Every week, I learned something new to tap into, to slow down and absorb, and how to listen to what my body was telling me it needed whether food, movement, rest or hydration. Since the program ended, not only has Vanessa still been supportive, but I've found myself making healthier food decisions, setting healthier life boundaries and realizing that my body does have the wisdom I need, if I'll slow down enough to listen to it. Vanessa did that! As a coach, my relationship with Vanessa developed organically, with no pressure on her side, but continual positive affirmation, positive self-talk and she provided so much more than I could have expected from ANY coach, especially in a group program. I highly recommend working with Vanessa, and have mentioned her to many friends as a way to re-establish healthy boundaries and perspectives around food and personal health. I look forward to working with her in the future on a more individual basis as well!

I had a lot of anxiety at that time as well, and I really feel that with working with her helped me get through it. I've been going to her ever since, and though my recent move makes that more difficult, I've been continuing to reach out for guidance, advice, and to talk things through when I'm having trouble navigating something. Dana is incredibly kind, understanding, and empathetic and generally a wonderful person, but she has an incredible way of connecting to work through things in a way that feels natural and right to you. In every difficult situation I've gone to her through, she has always helped me lead the way in figuring out what feels best for me in my life. There was a point where I had difficulties in my relationships with my dad, and she suggested a joint session, and my dad still, two years later, talks about how wonderful she was. I'm certain that she connects just as well with everyone she works with, all manner of different people, because it's just who she is and how good at her job she is. If you're looking for coaching that's more self-guided so you can develop effective tools, goals, and strategies through difficult situations, or even just advice and support through your every day life, I would wholeheartedly recommend Dana. She's worked with me through different moves, schools, relationships, friendships, and I feel like I've come through it all a much more confident person, better able to navigate it all.

Over the course of our time together, Tammy helped me to shift the way I thought about food, promoting simple but effective steps to take after each phone call together. She listened to my concerns and prior frustrations from working with apps and coaches in the past and never once nudged any boundaries I set down. There was no such thing as a stupid question and Tammy made sure I had all the resources, answers, links, and videos I needed to be successful in forming better habits. I really appreciated that she worked with what was functional and accessible for me--on a budget, without a car, limited freezer space, etc. Instead of reminding me to scoop out my morning bagel like prior coaches have, Tammy asked each call what worked for me, what didn't, and what helped me to feel satisfied at each meal. Then we'd find one thing to improve--adding more color to each meal or adding a "sprinkle" like sunflower seeds or olive oil to help a meal reach its full nutritional potential. I also never felt like I was on my own in anything Tammy suggested I try. Gotta make my own broth this week to cook with? Here are great places to get bones, here is a recipe to do it, here are instructions for your instantpot, etc. Want to start incorporating more fish into my diet? Here are 3 brands for tinned fish, a local catch market for seasonal choices, and recipes. I was able to develop sustainable, long-lasting healthy habits by working with Tammy and I find myself continuing to grow with her guidance even though our sessions together are over. After absolutely refusing to put chia seeds in anything for our 15 weeks together, the other day I ate them willingly because I thought "Tammy said these are good for me and I haven't had them yet." This was the shift I was looking for and I'm so thankful for Tammy's warmth, knowledge, and support. I'd recommend her in a heartbeat.

Second, you have to download an app to communicate with her Third, be prepared to spend ALOT of time taking pictures of the food you eat Fourth, She is expensive ($1500!) . Has an air-tight policy for getting paid monthly. So don't even think about skipping or changing payment terms. (Please note that I am not saying businesses shouldn't be paid and have clear policies, but tere was something about the focus which was "unsettling" to me.) Fifth, A lot of her advice was also referenced in the book she wrotereplicated (which comes with the $1500 when you sign-up with her!). After I got the book and read it, I then wondered why was I paying $1,500 ? I think you have to sign a contract. SO BE THOUGHTFUL BEFORE SIGNING IT !!!!!! Overall I was uninspired and never warmed to her or the process. In the end, I recommend that anyone selecting this type of service be fully committed. And if any of the points I have raised, resonant with you - think whether the benefits outweigh the price tag for them. BTW: Her book is great. Hence the three stars as it encapulates a lot of solid information.

Twelve sessions later, I cried tears of joy and gratitude. At first, it was a challenge to break my perfectionist tendencies. I wanted to do everything the right way and all at once, but I learned that consistency is not the same as perfection. In fact, sustainable consistency IS imperfection. Tiffany asked the right questions when my thoughts were too disorganized to articulate. Checking in with her periodically held me accountable. I now celebrate forward-moving actions, no matter how small, instead of beating myself up for poor performance. I noticed a change in my relationship with food, habits, and self-esteem. By our last session, I was a brand new person and the best version of myself to date. She gave me the tools to thrive without her and I finally feel capable of continuing this journey on my own.

She helped me clarify a few, big parts of my world that I have not noticed/seen as clearly previously and helped me redefine really crucial pieces of my life (beyond just my professional world!) during our work together. As she got more insight into me, my goals, my values, and where I am/where I might want to go, so did I. I feel like we altered some major lenses through which I view my world. She helped me appreciate and realize, very authentically, the work that I have done and am doing right now, which helped me feel like I am indeed moving forward, even when I'm feeling stuck. I felt comfortable being vulnerable, sad, happy, and everything in between with her.
