Brooklyn matched her color beautifully and had very respectful chats with her. Then Brooklyn attended to my needed pedicure as my wife's nails were drying. I totally enjoyed our conversation about family, food favorites and travels. I also enjoyed side conversations about good dining in China... interesting dishes. She first cut my nails way too short. When I saw what she did, it was way too late. When she applied the polish, polish smeared on the skin near the nails as well. I asked her very nicely to clean up the manicure, but when she did, she only made it worse. I am very upset with the results. By the way, they make you pay in advance, and had I known how terrible the process would come out, I wouldn't have been so generous with the tip. I should have shown my nails to the owner.
