I was a bit nervous bc that's a lot at an unknown stylist. All I can say is I only wish she was in my home town!!! I absolutely loved the results. She was confident yet thorough. She listened to me and gave her input as the professional. My husband, kids and friends love it too. I've gotten many compliments already. I'm so happy! The salon was relaxing, clean and friendly. The stylist all talked and joked with each other. It was a cozy atmosphere. The pricing was reasonable/standard. The results were well worth it. I'm so happy! I've been natural for most of my life, and now I might have to cut my hair if my curls don't bounce back. This was my first time visiting a Dominican hair spa, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I didn't realize at the time just how much heat was being used on my hair -- but now I know. Because my hair is thick, they used a lot of heat, and I'm really disappointed that I might have to start my natural hair journey all over again. If you can, stay far away. -also I have gotten my hair straightened before and my curls went back. This has never happened to me.
