The guy who runs it is amazingly friendly and even knows my usual order after years of coming back to the place. Well known in Shifnal and with good reason, you will always find it packed on a Friday and Saturday night as the pubs empty. Great food, well priced. I can also highly recommend the chicken chow mein from their menu as its very good. They sell cans of pop but no alcoholic drinks. No parking directly outside but you can sometimes squeeze in across the road.

Personally I like the Hong Kong Phooey which has hoi sin sauce and chinese chicken on the toppings but they do some great toppings with seafood and classics like hawaiian and farmhouse too. It is a shame they dont deliver and you have to collect or I am sure they would probably compete with the chains of Telford. The menu is your usual fish and chip shop fayre with a kebab or two thrown into the mix. The portion sizes are huge and for £4 you can get a very large fish with a large portion of chips, which easily feeds 2 or even 3 (less greedy) people. The food is delicious and the fish is always really well cooked (Crispy batter with no soggyness between the fish and batter). If you don't feel like cooking and you are in the area, this place is well worth a visit (even worth a visit if you are not in the area!!).
