This place is beautiful, has a lobby area, is clean, and modern. The staff was nice. I took the abs and assets class. It was good! It uses a power flow with additional abs. A good reminder is that this is a hot yoga class, so take water. I would say this class is intermediate with a chance to do advanced moves. I will come back off I see a unique class every now and then as it is far from my home.

Parking is easy with both front and back parking. Front parking is right off Skillman. Back parking has more spots and is easier to get in and out of. I really like Alex's class on Friday nights. I really appreciate that they have late night classes. They are donation based. If you pay online, the minimum is $12, if you pay in person, I believe you can pay any amount that works for you. Booking online is really easy, but I have also paid in person and still been able to join class since the space is so big. Highly recommend Black Swan!

I'm from Lake Highlands and staying with family for a few days - and was able to walk over over and take a CP Reformer Flow 1.5 class at this location. The 1.5 class here was different than the one in Baltimore, but in a great way. The class was challenging and great. The instructor Rosebud was wonderful; she knew I was new to the studio and was very helpful and friendly. I really appreciated her adjustments, advice, and reminders. I took a 6:30am class on a weekday, and it wasn't full. The studio is really nice - clean, organized, large enough for the reformers to be spaced out comfortably. In Baltimore, I have a 4 class per month package, so the drop in class rate made my eyes go pug-like for a minute, but I enjoyed the class very much, and I'd happily return or consider membership if I still lived in Dallas. Since I don't, I'm happy to be able to visit this Club Pilates location when I visit home!

They provide a lot of services but as a guy with very curly hair it is hard to come buy a place with someone who can cut my hair well (no thin spots or horns, without getting a buzz). She is also very friendly, which is good when you are stuck in a chair for 30-60min. I highly recommend calling and making an appointment with Esmeralda! They do except walk-ins and she has someone that comes in to help her. She seems to have a loyal customer base from her old location near the Bush (not exactly sure where). I have not had an issue in finding a time for an appointment, even on short notice (half-day).

Never knew this cute studio is right smack dab on lower Greenville. Since the class was at 10 am I found street parking very easily. The yoga instructors were super helpful and didn't make me feel like a newbie (to the studio or to yoga). This special event I attended started with the yoga portion done to 90's music, which is my jam! So much fun. At the end we were treated to a sound bath. I am enjoying those the few times I've done them. I find I can find a deep relaxation during that down time. It's kind of magical. This studio does offer a free intro class which I will book soon. In the meantime I recommend following this studio on IG and looking for their next Fire Flow event. I am happy that I was at their first and it was a success. I went to align studios recently as a first timer for heated pilates and OMG! Let me just say, if…read moreyou are looking for a studio in the Central Dallas area, I'd def recommend this place! For starters, the entire studio is intimate. It sits above the street in a loft style brick building. Once you go up the steps however, you can tell the ownership truly put their heart into transforming the space. You are greeted by their infamous and HUGE mirror as well as their check in table. Once you are checked in, they have a waiting area with benches to sit as well as a cubby wall to leave your things in prep for class! Once you are able to find a spot in the actual studio, the instructor goes to town with the workout! They do have a small window if you are able to snag that spot, but ultimately the entire space truly gets heated! The instructors also gave one of the best workouts I have ever done! On top of that the vibe of the place with the brick, the mats, and the playlist, makes everything top tier! My instructors were the Sculpt Sisters, but they offer a variety of different classes with different instructors as well! Safe to say that a membership at align is in my 2026 future!

The studio has light wood, whites and yellows with yellow bright lights (not annoying bright - soothing bright). The lights and colors all work together to make the room feel soothing. You almost forget that you are there to get your work out on. I was able to book online and arrived a few minutes early to class. I did the traditional reformer Pilates. The thing I liked most about this class is there was a lot of stretching. Stretching before we started, stretching after each muscle group, and stretching at the end. I felt like it was a great work out hitting all the muscle groups and enough stretching to make recovery better. Krissy was the instructor and was a great leader. Cute as a button, but don't let that petite cutie trick you. She was tough. In the best way possible. I recommend checking this place out! I hope to get back in and try some of the other work outs.
