It was so welcoming every one in there was so in Inviting. I'll be honest and let you know right off the bat my husband and I read your story and it really touched our hearts. We visited Florida for the first time four years ago to spend time on the beach with my husbands grandma so she could spend time with our kids in the sand before she would pass aWay a few months later from cancer. We fell in love with the area and we feel her energy everywhere in Navarre. She loved! Navarre was her vacation every year multiple times a year. I want to just point out how the owners have personalized signs for each artist and I just find that to show so much thought and care for their artists. Sarah crushed out Matching tattoos and I can tell from her energy she has a heart of gold. ( Spicy if she needs to be I'm sure lol ) she made our experience so fun. The amount of care and details put into the shop just truly exude exactly who you are as owners and what a blessing you are here in this phase of life. Thank you for the cool frog Sticker to the man next to Sarah ( slick rick maybe?) ELEVEN 11 is one of Navarre Best Kept secrets we checked out all the artists work and they are so talented in their specialties. A treasure we will absolutely come back and visit! Sarah thank you for commemorating our special event of seeing sea turtles hatch and make their way to the ocean with our dope tattoos.

I have had multiple friends and myself now have terrible experiences getting piercings at this…read moreshop. The piercer easily became argumentative and uncomfortable to be around if you suggested different placement or preferences. I have received and successfully healed around 30 piercings and this was my first time having one reject. The process was unsanitary and the piercer was uncomfortable to work with, I really want to emphasize he doesn't use clamps. This made the experience more painful and traumatic to the skin. I totally get wanting to portray yourself as different, hard, or bad*ss in utilizing free handed piercings, however, it makes the piercing about impossible to heal and the process more painful. I've been going to All About Ink for a few years now and I've had everything down to surface piercings heal successfully with their methods. Honestly though even if the piercer had used a clamp, different gloves in between different people, cleaned, or higher quality jewelry, his personality alone would be a reason not to go back. I have never in my life asked for different placement and been met with an actual argument. If you're this insecure about your, as YOU said, "25 years of doing this sh*t," maybe this isn't the career field for you. I didn't even know you could mess up earlobe piercings until I met David. Rest assured, him and his, "25 years of experience doing this Sh*t," found a way and they're actually crooked.

The whole vibe in the shop was negative and unwelcoming. The woman behind the counter was RUDE and acted like we were beneath her and unworthy of her time. She helped others then finally came back to us and said the only person available wasn't there yet to just wait. About 30 minutes later a grungy almost homeless looking man walked in. The rude woman behind the counter said those ladies want to talk to you. We showed him the tattoo and he acted like he was doing us a favor even talking to us. He gave us an outrageous quote and said it would take several hours for each of us. None of us felt comfortable or welcome in the shop so we left and went to Love Child Tattoo. Love Child had incredible vibes the minute we walked in. So THANK YOU Anchor Tattoo & Piercing for being so unwelcoming and rude. Without those initial negative vibes we never would have discovered Love Child! I understand everyone has a bad day and maybe that day was a collective bad day for your shop. But you lost 4 customers that day. Not just for the simple dragonflies we wanted that day but for all the future work we all scheduled with Love Child. I really wanted to support an all female shop. But when we're talking about a tattoo that will be on my body for life, the vibe and the way you talk to people is important.

Don't know about the actual services they provide. However, the CUSTOMER service is total garbage…read more I called to see if Anchor would place a microchip in my hand. I purchased a kit from a reputable source which included literally everything needed to perform the installation. After some time describing the unit I was informed by (didn't get her name, let's just refer to her as Karen) that it was illegal in FL to perform such installations. I thanked her for her time and hopped on the interweb and was unable to find the "law". I called back and asked for the Statute/law that it would be violating. Karen was unable to cite such a law. I stated that if the piercer was uncomfortable performing the installation that I was fine with that - I would just find another place, said "Have a good day," and terminated the call. Shortly after, I received a call from Karen/Anchor with the sole intent of fussing at me and arguing. I stated I did not want to argue w/her and that I would just find another place. There are literally dozens of tattoo studios in this area. She proceeded to raise her voice and stated "You called my work and said this and that..." "Who are you" "What is your purpose". Frankly, I don't owe Karen an answer and would have dropped this entirely. What really irked me was her complete lack of professionalism by calling me back and griping at me. Toxic to say the least. Maybe she was having a bad day. I don't really care. You simply do NOT call a customer back with some childish grudge because YOU were not able to prove a point by making up arbitrary laws. I would give 0 stars but that's not an option. If they have such problems with a simple telephone request I can't help but wonder how "professional" the piercings and tattoos are performed. I don't want the artists punished but maybe they should consider for whom they are working. If anyone at Anchor reads this and before you ask: No, I will NOT remove this review. Your customers need to know. This was single-handedly the WORST experience I've ever had with ANY "customer focused" business.
