I believe this is family owned business because there's a house on site and a couple of large dogs that occasionally run loose on the grounds. They have a young gal who "works" the desk and has absolutely no customer service skills - ignores customers and talks on her phone all day long. The grounds are unkempt and there are ants EVERYWHERE. It took us hours trying to get them off of our belongings when we left. Just terrible all around. Drive a few miles longer and find a more friendly and clean location.

These movers damaged both houses (knocked drywall out of the walls, damaged doors and stairs). It was like pulling teeth to get them to repair just some of the damage. Furniture was not wrapped in moving blankets as promised nor were the TVs. The mattresses were not covered in plastic bags as promised! They made a hole in one mattress and the mattresses are filthy! Movers kept some of our items on the truck and upon us noticing they delivered these items days later. The movers were hired to move heavy items only (furniture, pictures, TVs, beds, mattresses etc..), they were not to touch any boxes! ALL BOXES had been moved to our new home by me, my husband & family before the movers even arrived! One mover STOLE a box out of our (new home) garage containing valuables. This stolen box has not been recovered and a police report was filed immediately. Company is accepting no responsibility for their actions whatsoever. No customer service skills, lies, even when presented with evidence, calls names, try to belittle you and will attempt to act like he knows what he's doing. There was multiple times I wanted to ask "Mike, are you okay?" after his blowups. Ultimately, no one willing to take responsibly for poor installation. Jay Coker was much more helpful and apologetic for not only Mikes behavior, but also for how poorly our shed was installed. There's a reason no reviews are posted on their Facebook and website. I give 2 stars because the actual shed is not horrible.

I am giving three stars because our first two sheds(without windows) are worth five, but this new…read morethird one with two windows is not yet. The windows leak with each rainfall. We can see through to the outside at each corner and the glass is loose in each frame. We reached out to dealer who forwarded to corporate. We didn't hear anything, so I emailed corporate myself twice and still haven't heard back. I would like someone to come fix them or provide us with supplies and info to do it ourselves, or come up with another idea. Ignoring us solves nothing. We hope to hear ftom ghem do that we can update this review in a positive manner.
