They have a young gal who "works" the desk and has absolutely no customer service skills - ignores customers and talks on her phone all day long. The grounds are unkempt and there are ants EVERYWHERE. It took us hours trying to get them off of our belongings when we left. Just terrible all around. Drive a few miles longer and find a more friendly and clean location.

We didn't hear anything, so I emailed corporate myself twice and still haven't heard back. I would like someone to come fix them or provide us with supplies and info to do it ourselves, or come up with another idea. Ignoring us solves nothing.
