No customer service skills, lies, even when presented with evidence, calls names, try to belittle you and will attempt to act like he knows what he's doing. There was multiple times I wanted to ask "Mike, are you okay?" after his blowups. Ultimately, no one willing to take responsibly for poor installation. Jay Coker was much more helpful and apologetic for not only Mikes behavior, but also for how poorly our shed was installed. There's a reason no reviews are posted on their Facebook and website. I give 2 stars because the actual shed is not horrible.

We can see through to the outside at each corner and the glass is loose in each frame. We reached out to dealer who forwarded to corporate. We didn't hear anything, so I emailed corporate myself twice and still haven't heard back. I would like someone to come fix them or provide us with supplies and info to do it ourselves, or come up with another idea. Ignoring us solves nothing.
