She never addressed my questions about missing job keywords or ATS optimization. After one revision, she cut me off despite promising "Revisions at No Charge." When I asked about her LinkedIn posting approach, she emailed, "I was concerned... you use pronouns... very difficult to work with someone delusional." Pronouns are a standard LinkedIn feature. Poor quality, missed deadlines, incomplete delivery, and discrimination -- avoid.
