Thank God that my husband knew something about electrical work, otherwise our home would be in jeopardy of burning down. This is not a review done in anger, it is done out of our concern for other homeowners. Please do not hire this company! The inexpensive price goes hand in hand with the lack of knowledge that the work is done in. Mr. Reams lied to us on at least 2 occasions when asked a direct question regarding work that he said was completed and safe. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY, PLEASE!! We can't even find a valid street address for him so we can file a formal complaint against him.

Who explained everything that had happened to cause the part to fail. Such a kind young man and an essential employee and representative of their company. As well as the kind lady who answered the phone. Many thanks to Custom Air!
