I verified he wanted to replace the compressor and submitted a claim. A week went by and I didn't hear anything so I reached out for status update and was told he did not hear anything from LG. I again contacted LG and was told email was sent out the same day he diagnosed my problem. I have since left multiple voicemails and no response. It has now been over two weeks and my family is still without a fridge. If this company did not want to do the work I wish they would have stated that when asked in the first place.
