    Rum balls, cookies, cannoli

What a lovely find!! Thanks Yelpers!! Ironically I was originally looking for a grocery store and somehow the bakery popped up as a suggestion (likely bc it does serve as a small Italian market). We were super stoked as we were jet lagged from our overnight no sleep flights & needed caffeine. And how lovely to pair a delightful cappuccino with Italian pastries?! I was a big fan of the rum ball. Jen loved the baklava and Marissa liked the chocolate thumb print cookie. The cannoli sadly was meh... the candy hippo was sugar heaven and had to be eaten in nibbles throughout the day. We even found some star-shaped pastina that we used to have as kids... can't wait to make it back home. Highly recommend this delightful bakery / store. Ample free parking. Tables inside & out in case you want to eat there.

Amazing! We don't have bakeries like this anymore. got a lot of pastries , cookies, and some deli to take home, it is all wonderful! Staff is friendly and helpful.....and oh, so patient....I was like a kid in a candy store!

Friendly staff and seems like there's a lot of great options!! I wouldn't recommend the cannolis... Sadly.. thought an Italian bakery would do better but these were really thick and they put a maraschino cherry in it?? Definitely do go through and look at the fresh baked section though :)

We were having a cheese and wine party in our hotel room and we were directed from the wine shop to this nice bakery. We needed some cheese, baguette and other goodies for the event. We walked from our hotel room so its not that far (bring your bags, they charge 5 cents each. ) The shop had a large selection of fresh breads, cheeses, cookies, pastries, and deli. They also had olives, and some nice hard salami and some Greek specialties. Good prices and fair! Not bad! The cheese, bread, salami and service were great. So great, I had to write a review. Enjoy.

A great place to stop into while you're visiting Niagara Falls, ON. They have plenty of Fresh Breads, delicious pastries and a variety of deli items. Great customer service.

Our breakfast: biscotti, sausage roll and egg, pepper and ham pizza - we shared 1 slice cut in half!

So disappointing. We bought pastries, cookies, and other sweets. Everything but the peanut butter cookie was so stale.

I've had them at other locations before but I had visitors visiting from Edmonton who were visiting Niagara Falls so we grabbed a dozen croissants to share. They had so many varieties it was hard to choose but my favorite ones that I usually go for include: -Truffle Crab -Salted Egg yolk -Raspberry Panna Cotta / Strawberry Purée Custard -Honey Citrus / Lemon Cream Glazed Service was a little slow and unorganized despite them being opened already for a few months. They said 6 croissants and no tax but one of the girls told us we can mix and match with the croffles but when we went to pay they said we couldn't. When we went to pay they were struggling so hard with the point system. I do however appreciate them trying to figure out how it worked. So eventually they said I can only collect points and not redeem which was fine. I went back a second time cause I was thirsty and ordered one of their drinks that they said was available but then the girl looked at the other girl and then looked back at me and said it's not available soooo. Because this location is located in the food court at Fallsview Casino, they also take Momentum Dollars.

Today I only stopped in for my favorite, dirty chai téa. It is hands down the best dirty chai I've ever had. They make their own concentrate which isn't too sweet and really gives you the peppery, cinnamony flavor a chai should have. The flavors of the chai, espresso and milk (I get almond milk) are all perfectly balanced and compliment each other for delicious sip after sip. And, the cherry on top... A large with almond milk comes in just under $5! Anywhere else it'd be $7+ and wouldn't taste as good. They also have a selection of house made gelato in the warmer weather. The bakery itself is small inside, but there are several tables in the atrium to enjoy your purchase.

The place was clean but packed with long line for ordering and all the seating areas occupied. I wanted to try Hot Latte but the attendant said they can't heat the milk so couldn't take an order for hot Latte. I was little disappointed and didn't order. All they had in hot coffee was their regular coffee and I wanted a creamier coffee instead of a plain coffee with milk/ sugar. My husband ordered a regular coffee with cream+ sugar and received a free donut as part of their promotional deals. He chose an apple fritter. Kids chose Oreo milkshake and a chocolate cookie to share. Cookie and apple fritter both tasted good and satisfied their sugar cravings in the late afternoon. My husband liked the flavor of regular coffee he ordered and asked me to give it a try. To my surprise the coffee was really good! Didn't taste like regular coffee that we get in US. If we were still in that area and not half way to our parking spot, I would have definitely gone back to get another medium sized regular coffee.
