Prices here were competitive and the staff was professional and friendly. We were saddened to see that they were not offering their salt water fish anymore, but as the girl explained, prices just become too much. It also looks like they no longer carry frigs. Mr. Petman Supercenter still has a lot too fries.. they definitely have some cool reptiles and they have some pretty cool birds, as well. Their spider and scorpion section was small and you could not see them, but again, it boils down to supply and demand. I would definitely recommend a visit to Mr. Petman Supercenter. It is a cool place to wander around and you might find something you didn't know that you needed. On this particular trip we just picked up a dog leash, but again, it is cool to wander about the aisles and see all that they have. Again, I definitely recommend Mr. Petman Supercenter and I give it five stars.

I've had multiple encounters with this particular employee, and none have been good. Today I had…read moreenough of her rude and disrespectful attitude. I've been coming into this store for years mostly to use your dog wash. I have two dogs one is very large and fluffy so your baths are great for my back. In the past she has an attitude and been rude in general when just simply asking for the towels (I bring my own soap), checking out, and when she informed me of the price increase on the dog washes. Today when I arrived there was no-one in sight so I called out "hello", and she was who answered with "what do you want" I asked for two washes as usual, she asked if I needed soap, I told her no, and she gave me three towels. Each wash usually comes with 3 towels, so stated can I please have more, I have a fluffy one. She then gave me one extra. I then said "I see we're increasing prices and limiting towels now", and walked toward the bath area. She then follows me and said "is there a problem" : "I said yes it's usually 3 towels per dog, but it's fine". She continued to follow me and said "I can refuse you service you know" and at that point I was over her attitude, so I said "i've been coming here for years. I know the routine and you've never once been nice, so go ahead and continue being a bitch and I will contact your employer, i'm over your sh*t". I already had my dogs off leash inside the dog wash area with the gate closed, she then said "what are you a child, thats it get out" and opened the gate and let me dog run free (the door to the store is also right there so he tried to leave the store and run in the road). I then yelled "why the fu*k did you open the gate and let my dog run? you saw that he was off leash." She stated that she didn't, but it's on camera that she did, as I was nowhere near the gate or the door and I was holding my other dog. Something needs to be done with her, she isn't a nice person, my dog could've been injured by cars in the parking lot (luckily he isn't a runner). I know I shouldn't have called her a name or cussed but this was the last straw with her attitude for no reason. I can only imagine how she interacts with other customers/employees. I will not be returning to this store until I know something is done about that employee, nor will I support a company that employs people like her. Her name is Stefanie (it wasn't spelled the traditional way), she's a middle aged woman with black hair and it was in two braids. I advise everyone to avoid this store and this employee.

We even found really unique fish like the upside down catfish (they only grow-to about 3 inches for the record) and we named him "Flip"--they are rarely rightside-up when swimming around! But he is such a unique addition to our fish tank and this is where we got him! He's also been around for at least 2 years now! They have everything you could possibly need. Freeze dried crickets for sugar gliders? They got 'em! Dried Mango Chunks? Check Treats designed to keep your cat from throwing up hair-balls? Check Chances are if you need it---they got it!

Well being a new cat owner and the fact I haven't spent much time in a pet store I got the impression that it really is a "dog's world" it appears about 80% of the entire inventory is devote to what's been described as "man's best friend" and the remaining 20% is for all the rest of the animals.
