If I could give 10 stars I would ! Fernando in the service department is amazing! I called same day with an emergency with a dead battery on a turbo S. After being turned down by multiple towing companies, Porsche Westlake was able to help!! It was quite difficult trying to fix the dead battery situation considering the battery is under the Front trunk. I tried for many hours following all instructions on how to open up the Frunk with a dead battery. After many failed attempts, I ended up calling Fernando in service and he helped immediately. He sent one of his technicians out to get the car running. This has to be one of the best run service departments in the industry!! No dealership can compare. My Wife and I really like the service department here as they really seem to try and make us happy. Buying a car is more difficult as Rusnak always tries to take on ridiculous markups but they will sometimes negotiate. Because I work in the area, I frequently see the Rusnak sales people and service people filling up new cars at Progas. I'm sorry but when I pay 100k or more for a new Porsche, I'd hope it would be filled up with better quality fuel like Chevron or 76. Not a huge deal but kind of funny how the management skimps on this detail. read more

Rusnak Porsche Westlake is an honest dealership. My agent, Andrew Arizmendi II, is knowledgeable, professional, hardworking, and demonstrates strong work ethics with an ownership mindset. I can see the good values he has inherited from the Rusnak family. My order was pending and not fully confirmed, as my credit union loan process took longer than expected. During that time, they could have sold the car to others, possibly at a little higher price over the two weekends, and I thought never mind I could buy the car elsewhere, yet they chose to hold it finally. Huge kudos to the sales team at Porsche Westlake. I'm a long time Porsche owner. Loved my cayenne turbo that I sold years ago and really wanted to by a new and fun sports car. Went over the dealership last Monday, albeit without an appointment, as I wanted to compare the idea of a Cayenne, a Macan and a 911 and see what I wanted to by. Spent just under an hour there. Got in and out of a few cars on the lot to get a feel, and then spent the rest of the time in the showroom getting some great ideas of what I wanted, making some notes. In all the time I was there, not a single one of the 10+ salespeople there so much as walked over to see who I was and if I needed any help. It was as though I didn't exist. It's whatever though, just oddly surprising because there were so many people working there. But, the story has a happy ending! I left there, feeling a bit frustrated, and as I walked out I saw an AMG Mercedes dealership across the street. I never really considered a Mercedes, but I decided to stop in. I was immediately greeting by an amazing salesperson, Hubert, who helped me out and showed me all the great things they have to offer. Picked up my new 2025 AMG CLE 53 yesterday and couldn't be happier, so it all worked out in the end. Just wish the folks at Porsche would have done better. I'm just such a fan of the marque, going back to my 1960's 356 that I just loved. Still, thrilled to be part of the MB family now. read more

Well I have nothing negative to say about Kareem at Westlake Porsche. This was my first ever Porsche and I absolutely love it. We initially put a deposit on a new 2021 Taycan back in May, about two months later I was second guessing myself so Kareem was nice enough to go through everything. He suggested we switch to a later build so I did and per his advice added a few more features that were 'classic Porsche' Had to wait longer for my car with all the delays at the port but Kareem was always on top of it and gave me updates along the way. Just picked up my Taycan this week and it is the best car I have owned. I even swung by to get a few questions answered and everyone was nice and helpful after the purchase. - Poor Customer Service From Service Advisor Bryce and Service Manger Sam Bergel - Billed for Incomplete Service - Service lights still on after full service - Discounts to Service Changed from 30% off to 10% off after work was approved and given no reason to make adjustments or percentage reduction - After paying a $1200.00 bill for a simple evap sensor - paying $279.00 per hour for service, I got in my car after I was told the service was complete and the dash warning lights were still on - I go back inside to complain that my service was incomplete and thought maybe they forgot to clear the codes after service but was told they wanted more money for same service "oil change" completed 800 miles ago. - Charge to Amex being disputed Unfortunately I have had multiple issues with this dealership from damage to my 992 4S to poor sales tactics when buying or trading in a car so I generally stay away and do bigger transactions at Porsche Beverly Hills because they are laid back and great people to deal with and they will give you a fair deal. The only reason I serviced any of my cars up at Porsche Westlake is because Skip and Mark are great guys and know what they are doing and those guys got me servicing my air-cooled 993 up there. But this last few times due to convenience and simple oil changes I took one of my Porsches up there. This time for two lights on my dash. One of the lights that came on was an interim service I just had them complete less than 800 miles ago was my oil change and a multi point inspection. Again this was just done less than 800 miles ago so I didn't need to pay for it again and I needed to have the light cleared since I had the work already done by this dealership of which they have a record. I rarely drive this car and the light came on again less than 6 months later for the same issue that I had it serviced for. I took it up to Porsche Westlake again and had to deal with a new service guy Bryce since it looks like my regular guy Skip quit. I told Bryce that I had two lights coming on in my dash and he told me that they will make sure to take care of the car and make sure all the lights are resolved and call me with any updates or approvals needed. They called me with a quote and I approved the work after appropriate discounts and accommodations were made. For a simple issue it took them about 5 days and finally they told me it was ready. I went to pick the car up and paid the bill and I GET OUT TO MY CAR AND THE LIGHT IS STILL ON! I immediately went back in and said what was going on and they told me they needed another $800 to turn the light off. This is an up-sale scam and this should have been addressed before I came to pick the car up. It looks like the advisor cowardly did not want to go back on his word to my face so he waited until I got back into my car to realize the work was never done. I am disputing the bill for incomplete service. I will never return. read more
