DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE…read more My first vehicle purchase through a dealership, and it will absolutely be my last with this one. I purchased a 2016 GMC Sierra Denali in January 2026. At the time of purchase, I bought the best warranty package offered to me, along with a separate tire and wheel warranty. I did everything I was supposed to do as a customer to protect myself. Apparently, that meant absolutely nothing. Less than two months into ownership, in March 2026, I got underneath the truck for an unrelated reason and discovered severe structural damage. The rear shock crossbar was completely rotted through and had disconnected. This is not damage that develops in a matter of two months. It was an existing issue when the truck was sold to me, and I have serious questions about what, if anything, was inspected before the sale. When I requested the multipoint inspection sheet from when the vehicle was traded in, I was not provided with one. Not only was the damage not covered under my warranty, but I wasn't even given the courtesy of an apology. Since then, I've brought the truck in for multiple other issues, and not once has anything been covered. Instead, I've spent thousands of dollars on so-called diagnostic fees while getting little to nothing in return. I've also dealt with a tire that continuously leaks air. The dealership has patched it FOUR TIMES and failed to resolve the issue. After all that, they finally figured out the problem was the valve stems. And guess what? The valve stems aren't covered under the separate tire and wheel warranty I paid extra for. This is a basic service that Discount Tire will perform for free. The worst part of this entire experience has been the complete lack of accountability and communication. I have been calling for over a month, leaving voicemail after voicemail, and have yet to receive a single response. Apparently, once they've sold you a vehicle and collected your money, you're on your own. I am now cutting ties with this dealership entirely. I intend to pursue cancellation and refunds for the warranties I purchased and refinance my truck through another financial institution. They will not be receiving another dollar from me if I can help it. This dealership has turned what should have been an exciting purchase into an expensive, exhausting nightmare. I paid extra for peace of mind, trusted the dealership to sell me a vehicle that had been properly inspected, and expected at least a basic level of customer service. I received none of those things. Save yourself the headache, the wasted money, and the frustration. Do your research, get an independent inspection, read every line of every warranty contract, and do not assume this dealership will stand behind the vehicle it sells you. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, and I regret giving them my business in the first place.

Evan mentioned keyless entry issue will not fixed if they couldn't able to get the error code. But he said he will try. They got both the things fixed. Great relief else would have spend for fuel injectors. Hope Michael is the mechanic name. Great service team. My car is still falling apart after purchasing from audi novi. So far the repairs have totaled up…read moreto thousands of dollars. Thermostat(exploded and left me stranded needing a tow), water pump, coolant flange, expansion tank, PCV valve(dumped massive amounts of coolant into my oil), heater core hose, coolant cross over pipe, brakes, all 4 tires, lower control arms need replaced, shocks and struts need replaced. Audi showed me a carfax showing all work was done at Audi in another state. When we opened the engine to do the work, every single part in the engine bay, including rubber gaskets were sealed with heavy amounts of silicone sealant......this car literally needs rebuilt from the ground up, but audi novi was quick to sell me this piece of junk and charge me top dollar for it.
