    We had a Great experience with the Service department at this Suburban Audi location. Emily handled our vehicle very well! She even helped us by supplying a Great loaner vehicle and far exceeded Our expectations! When we recieved our vehicle back it was very clean and running like a newer vehicle! Kudos to Audi of Farmington Hills Michigan! You deserve My 5 Star rating! You earned it! Keep up the Great work! I will Highly recommend your location to everyone I know who needs it!     I have to edit my review to 1 star and tell why. I received a coupon by mail for a full synthetic oil change for $69.00 usually it cost 170.00 at Audi dealer. I thought wow great deal make an appointment and have it done. Big mistake the 1 hr oil change turned into a 4.3 hr headache. The finale bill came out to $379.00. I got the oil change then had a license plate bulb out and a brake light bulb out. The quote they sent me over text was $12 for brake light and $7 for plate light. They never said it was going to be $170 for labor. To change 2 stupid bulbs anyone could have changed in 5 minutes. When I got the bill after wasting all day I was floored. I asked the lady so your telling me it took 1 hr labor for a certified Audi technician 1 hr to change brake light she knocked it down to 1/2 hr labor $70. What could I do I'm stuck then she forgot to discount my coupon -$100.00 I had to remind her of that so my $69.00 oil change cost me $170 and they didn't give me my complimentary car wash either but by that time I didn't say anything because I was already there for 4.5 hours. My final bill was $169.98 for a $69.99 oil change. So disappointed never go here and expect what you would think would be Audi quality service.

    Incredibly mid sales staff. I was looking for a TT-RS and later an Avant. Exerted absolutely no effort. Ended up buying out of state.

They never acted pushy and they both seemed to be honest and trust worthy. Fox Buick GMC is more concerned with you leaving with a solid vehicle and not with a lemon. I had visited previous dealers earlier in my search and all of them tried to push me out the door with vehicles that had major issues. Another dealer tried to convince me that an engine issue was a simple right front tire problem. Yet another dealer tried to sell me a car that whenever you turned the steering wheel, there was an awful shrieking noise. Joe did an excellent job assessing my needs. I went in with a specific idea of buying a Chevy Silverado. While waiting for one to come from the back that I could look at, he suggested I try driving a Ford F-150 just to pass the time. As it turned out, that was the best vehicle I had driven on my multi-day search. In the end, I went back to Fox and purchased that truck. I would highly suggest this dealer and in the next few years when it is time to replace my wife's car, I will inform Fox well in advance so they can keep their eyes open for what we need. I will definitely use them for all my car purchase needs. If you can get Joe, I highly recommend him.

    At this point, if I could give a zero I would. RIGHT after…read morepurchasing a used vehicle from them. An oil leak was found. After MUCH discussion, they agreed to look at it. They said it wasn't oil it was transmission fluid and the vehicle needed a new transmission. A used transmission was put in, at MY expense!! My understanding was that it was a refurbished transmission. I was not told that it was a used transmission, until I picked up the car and paid the bill and was forced to sign and AS-IS agreement to get my car back.No one told me how many miles were on the used transmission. Nor was I given any paperwork nor the opportunity to purchase a warranty. The next day, I discovered the original oil leak still existed. (It seems it was never the transmission.) They changed the oil seal. Now a few months later the used transmission has failed. Leaking all over the driveway. Suburban Nissan said "sorry not our issue!!" They charged me to put a used transmission in the vehicle that did not need one!!! They led me to believe it was a refurbished transmission, not used! They did not inform me how many miles were on the transmission, did not give me any options on choosing a different transmission and did not give me the opportunity to purchase a warranty. And now the transmission, they just put in my car has failed. Estimate is $6000+. They deny all responsibility. And all assistance for help. I highly recommend people DO NOT go to this dealership. NOT FOR new, NOT FOR used, NOT for any type of service. They are as unethical as it comes. They sell junk vehicles and then hide behind their AS-IS paperwork. They know they are wrong, but do not care. Not about their customers, not about values or ethics. STAY AWAY. There are plenty of stand up dealerships. This is NOT one.

    I had a completely awful experience. I started looking for a used car at the beginning of…read moreSeptember. I found one I loved and got a call back from John Burt almost immediately. Come to find out, the title for the car hadn't arrived yet, so I had to wait. Every day, I was told "it should be here tomorrow." After two weeks, I had enough and told them I needed something to drive until my title arrived. They provided me with a Kia. Issue being, IT HAD AN OUT BRAKE LIGHT AND ZERO OIL IN IT. I purchased oil and the light the car needed, and it took DAYS to be reimbursed for my purchases for a car that wasn't even mine. I was promised that a few oil changes for my car would be taken care of for the inconvenience. That was never set up. On October fourth, my car was delivered to me. I was promised that there was absolutely nothing wrong with it, minus a small ding on the back door. Turns out, I was lied to. (My bad for not test driving) The brake pads and rotors on the car were so bad that the brakes barely worked, and I couldn't stop without the car shaking horrendously. I got them fixed personally, and I was promised a check for half of the cost of the parts I purchased, which were a total of $554.47. I started calling every single day as of last week. I'm an hour and a half from this dealership, so I can't just leave work to get this handled. I leave a message every day, and nobody ever calls back. I will never, EVER shop at Lafontaine again.
