    I had a wonderful experience at Suburban Infiniti with Ken! He really hooked me up with a 2014 Ford Flex, which was exactly the car I was looking for and in an awesome color. They gave me a great deal on my trade-in and I'm really happy with my new monthly payment! Thanks to Ken and John for making this a great buying experience. I was in and out in just under 5 hours, much better than previous buys. I will definitely return in the future for other vehicle purchases. What a great team!

They never acted pushy and they both seemed to be honest and trust worthy. Fox Buick GMC is more concerned with you leaving with a solid vehicle and not with a lemon. I had visited previous dealers earlier in my search and all of them tried to push me out the door with vehicles that had major issues. Another dealer tried to convince me that an engine issue was a simple right front tire problem. Yet another dealer tried to sell me a car that whenever you turned the steering wheel, there was an awful shrieking noise. Joe did an excellent job assessing my needs. I went in with a specific idea of buying a Chevy Silverado. While waiting for one to come from the back that I could look at, he suggested I try driving a Ford F-150 just to pass the time. As it turned out, that was the best vehicle I had driven on my multi-day search. In the end, I went back to Fox and purchased that truck. I would highly suggest this dealer and in the next few years when it is time to replace my wife's car, I will inform Fox well in advance so they can keep their eyes open for what we need. I will definitely use them for all my car purchase needs. If you can get Joe, I highly recommend him.

    At this point, if I could give a zero I would. RIGHT after…read morepurchasing a used vehicle from them. An oil leak was found. After MUCH discussion, they agreed to look at it. They said it wasn't oil it was transmission fluid and the vehicle needed a new transmission. A used transmission was put in, at MY expense!! My understanding was that it was a refurbished transmission. I was not told that it was a used transmission, until I picked up the car and paid the bill and was forced to sign and AS-IS agreement to get my car back.No one told me how many miles were on the used transmission. Nor was I given any paperwork nor the opportunity to purchase a warranty. The next day, I discovered the original oil leak still existed. (It seems it was never the transmission.) They changed the oil seal. Now a few months later the used transmission has failed. Leaking all over the driveway. Suburban Nissan said "sorry not our issue!!" They charged me to put a used transmission in the vehicle that did not need one!!! They led me to believe it was a refurbished transmission, not used! They did not inform me how many miles were on the transmission, did not give me any options on choosing a different transmission and did not give me the opportunity to purchase a warranty. And now the transmission, they just put in my car has failed. Estimate is $6000+. They deny all responsibility. And all assistance for help. I highly recommend people DO NOT go to this dealership. NOT FOR new, NOT FOR used, NOT for any type of service. They are as unethical as it comes. They sell junk vehicles and then hide behind their AS-IS paperwork. They know they are wrong, but do not care. Not about their customers, not about values or ethics. STAY AWAY. There are plenty of stand up dealerships. This is NOT one.

    I bought a used 2023 Audi A5 from Audi Novi. I feel that I could have just purchased one from an…read moreindividual vs this dealership and saved money. The dealership was aware that the brakes needed to be replaced when I bought it, but they did not disclose that the car needed this $3200 service when I bought it. The only reason I found out about the brakes was because 4 days after I bought it, the car broke down for what was a warranty repair. So I had it fixed at Audi Novi. The service department sent me the inspection report which listed the brakes failed inspection. When the keys needed new batteries on the second day I owned it, that was an indication of things to come. When I confronted the salesman about it, he said, "Didn't I show you the inspection report?"Well, no, he hadn't. Nor did he have my signature on the report in the dealership file. When I asked for some help with this since it was not disclosed, the Sales manager declined to provide any remedy. Buyer beware. Apparently it is Audi Novi practice to sell vehicles with known issues and not disclose them. I wish I had read the other 1 star reviews here because there's an obvious pattern. Now, I'm waiting for the next shoe to drop because they know things about the car I don't know, and given the way the engine failed that caused me to need it serviced, I'm suspicious whether it was just enough to cause a problem that would lead to them getting me in for service. I prepare myself for this with a purchase from an unknown individual but not a dealership.
