We were respectful, genuine, and simply trying to include an important family member in a once-in-a-lifetime moment. Instead of understanding, we were made to feel uncomfortable and unfairly accused. Brides deserve to feel supported and celebrated when choosing a wedding dress. Unfortunately, that was not our experience here.

They refused to send it back to the manufacturer (I paid several thousand for this dress) and instead just ordered fabric and I had to pay for the fabric to be put in in alterations. They ordered the wrong fabric. My dress did not have the correct fabric inside of it until right before my wedding. Because of the mishap, I did not have enough time to look at jewelry with the dress on. Overall, this experience put a damper on my wedding planning and leaves me feeling upset each time someone mentions my wedding dress.
