No one was available to put the order in my car. I had to do it myself which I was also trying to avoid because of my back that I'm in physical therapy for. E. They substituted an item without asking. This isn't my definition of curbside pickup.

Something that you tried today because they had 5000 of them on the shelf may not be there when you go back to get more in 3 days. However, you may find something you like even better in its place. Last time I was in there (2-3 weeks ago), they still had a great selection of Bob's Red Mill organic products, which they seem to be carrying pretty regularly these days. The prices are great and the Johnson City store has recently had an overhaul, complete with cleaning and reorganizing, so it is quite nice in there now. The furniture selection is good, but if you see something you like, you better get it now, because it might not be there tomorrow. I do love shopping at Big Lots, but sometimes it's just a bit frustrating.

You can open your Amazon app and scan the barcode to see what the item is to see if you wanna purchase it. Each day is a different price. They're closed on Thursdays to restock and then Friday is eight dollar day. They also recently just came out with The $10 mystery bags and I bought a $65 mystery box. It's definitely well worth more than $65. So if you're a reseller than this is definitely a place to check out. But they let you open auto parts boxes. A friend of mine came here and purchased something that was a auto part and a lot of the pieces inside were actually missing and I guess there's no refunds at the store. So if you want them to check it they will open the box to check it to see if everything is in there. But they definitely have a lot of random good stuff. I bought some clothes for me, some items to resell etc.

Most are the lesser off 20-30% but google search cause most the time you can find the same items on sale without the damage that is on a lot of their items. They now charge a "set up fee" for items which to me is ridiculous because it's done mostly by the workers on the clock during their shifts. Add that on to the "savings" and the deals aren't as great as you think. Don't get me wrong I've managed to get a deal or two but most the time I walk out empty handed. For the most part the employees are helpful & friendly especially the women. The owner is a great guy. The manager is hit or miss depending on what kind of mood he is in. Sometimes he'll talk with you and others he doesn't wanna be bothered. I really do hope they do well here but to me they are a bit still over priced. Hold on to your receipt to make sure items work as well. I've ran into that a couple times. I think my biggest complaint is just stores that nickel & dime people to death. Like the "fee" for putting items together, as well as you get charged extra for paying with a card. I realize card fees are on the rise but I'd rather the fee be included in a price so it doesn't look like greed. Cards is a big part of our world!! Many places take them and only few charge for them extra. Again if you are looking for something just drop in . Their items change daily so you never know what they will have.

Everything is always neat and organized and everything is arranged and merchandise by departments. I really like that. The sales people that I have encountered are always friendly and often times when there are sales, they actually come up and give you a coupon. I have also ordered online at Kirkland's and you can get free shipping to the store. I also really like that. Returns are easy and I have purchased quite a few things for my home from this Kirkland store. That being said, some of the items in the store are not always quality items. I have found other retailers in the area that actually sell better quality merchandise and more economical merchandise as well. But they are merchandised very well and it is easy to shop there. I really like that, as I don't like a messy store. I appreciate the merchandising that goes into Kirkland's.

Called and they immediately looked up the cameras to find where my items went. It seemed that I did indeed leave with all my items, but I was surprised because I did not see them in the bag with the receipt. The manager Anika looked at all their cameras to help find my items. She even went to look at the outside cameras and lobby to see if I dropped them. I started wondering maybe I should look one more time in the car ...and surprise they were in the car door! I feel bad for making them search so much during a hectic time of year. I'm so thankful for Anika and the employees at Gabe's for insuring that I got my products.
