Just be aware that the furniture that they sell, and the large rugs, appear sometimes to be seconds . . . with minor imperfections or dents and dings, but can be repaired easily making it a good purchase. This store, and the one in Hickory, NC are definitely my favorites . . . along with the big Marshalls in Greenville, SC off of Woodruff Road. The manager tried to avoid the entire incident. How can you sell something I have bought and you gave me the tags off the item and a pick up slip? I will never shop in such an unprofessional place.

All the arcade shops I had searched had some pretty considerable shipping fees and communication with customer service was spotty at best. So it was great to find a merchant who was local here in the Kingsport area who had the games I was looking for in stock. At The Lucky Fin, I was able to try out several different arcade games and finally settled on the PacMan Pixel Bash arcade cabinet. I also got the game during their Black Friday sale, so I got it at a great price. The Lucky Fin delivered our game just a few days later and even carried it up a flight of stairs to our game room. Now here's where the 5 stars was truly earned. The joystick on our game was an upgraded model that lit up and looked really cool. However, it was really sensitive and while playing games it could sometimes cause your character to go the wrong direction and thus end your gameplay. The game worked fine and was playable but again, it was just a little overly sensitive to movement for us. After calling The Lucky Fin, they came out to our house on a Sunday and free of charge installed a whole new control console with a more standard type of joystick. The game now works great, although I would hardly know it because I can't get my wife to stop playing the thing and give me a turn! In sales, customer service is where it's at and the guys at The Lucky Fin know how to get it done!
