Louis passed unexpectedly, and it happened right after my mom had open heart surgery -- flowers were the last thing on our minds. But Gregory's made the entire process so fast and stress-free. We placed the order completely online, never even had to call, and they delivered exactly within the window we provided. The spray itself was absolutely gorgeous. The flowers were so beautiful and fresh that many of us were able to take home bouquets to remember Louis by. The ribbon was stunning and such high quality, too. 10/10 would recommend Gregory's Floral for any flower needs.

But worse is that the holiday arrangements wilted so quickly and I was embarrassed when I actually saw what cost me hundreds of dollars in my in-laws home. Second year in a row this has happened, no more "benefit of the doubt" for this business.

Since that outstanding experience, I now ONLY use Rainbow's End as my florist for all Kingsport area needs. Patty and her team are professional, courteous, and genuinely passionate about creating arrangements that make a difference. My most recent request was 2 spring arrangements - one for my friend turning 90 years old and another for my cousin who is in declining health/hospice. I was in Kingsport to visit both - so just picked up the arrangements and delivered myself. The Rainbow's End team created 2 absolutely stunning arrangements. Photo 162 in Rainbow's End total photos section was snapped in my car on the way to visit my friend and cousin - so photo does not even do justice (yelp would not let me attach another photo to my review - so placed photo in this overall section). My friend and cousin were both so very encouraged by the flowers - so was I! Thank you again, Rainbow's End - it is so wonderful to be able to trust all my flower needs to your team.
