they SUCK!!!! we have spent ALOT of money in this store and needed a battery replaced that i only had for a month and the button on the battery quit, so i called the owner and she said to bring it down and shed replace it. so i went to do just that and incidentally was told there that they would not. The employee who was there was absolutely juvenile and raised his voice at me and continued to after i asked him not to and when i asked him for the owners number so i could speak with them as per our conversation the adolecent ignoramous had the stones to call the cops. so the police showed up and basically said that i had to leave, now if that is how business is run in this town then someone needs to shed light on it and put some thoughts down about this dispicable, underhanded, and downright foul way of manipulation. The fact is the device is defective and the business that sold it to me have gotten away with a substantial amount of my money and in no way followed through with due diligence as a business. I was downright appalled at thier service and thier selection of the employee, his worthless attempt at behaving like an adult and his answer to his causing problems and lastly his weak and cowardly solution to otherwise curtail or work the police to his benefit. and if you are smart you wouldnt purchase from them. youll be sorely spent and in the end itll cost you alot more than youd think. They sell low quality products and dont care in the least to keep your business or whether or not how your product works, doesnt work, if your happy or if you need some kind of customer service of a purchase, or how they treat you despite the fact the amount youve spent this year.
