As they are known as one of the largest ones in the country, which means you can find practically everything for your newborn and kids in early ages. I was quite impressed with the range of cribs and cot beds. Styles, colours and different sizes that would probably keep parents a bit busy and undecided to choose the perfect one. Plus, the delivery is for free with orders up to £ 50 so you it means you can make the most of it. The baby safety items are really interesting as well and it's unbelievable how they can think about absolutely everything nowadays to keep the children safe.

Despite knowing that we wouldn't be able to take our child home from hospital without the car seat we had ordered, not once did they contact to let us know that there was a problem and that we might need to change our plans. Their lack of concern and organisation could have made life pretty tricky for us. On a positive note when shopping there they were very helpful and let me drive the car around the back while we experimented with different buggies and seats that would fit. Their inability to provide us with the items we ordered is the only, but fairly significant area where they fell down.

I have to say that I thought the lady who served me (dark haired lady) was brilliant. She had all the time in the world for us. She went through all the different prams with us until we eventually settled on the icandy apple. I felt that the lady really knew a lot about babies as a mum herself and we learnt things that we hadn't realised despite already having two kids!! The shop stored for us and when we were ready to collect the pram was built and we were taught how to use it (saved me having to do it as previously my prams had come in a box!). We were also shown how to use the car seat in our car by a friendly man who let us have a go before checking we had done it right. They may not be the cheapest place but the service is second to none. Car parking is free. They will put heavy items into the car for you.
