While highly intuitive and observing, he won't jump to conclusions before he's gotten the necessary x-rays or MRIs to be absolutely sure. But his initial diagnosis has always been spot on. He's a friendly doc who, unlike many docs, isn't rushing in and out of rooms. He takes time to talk with you. He's older, so he went to med school about 40 years ago but keeps up on all the recent research. When you come into his office, he is usually at his desk doing some reading of the latest medical journals. It's probably why he has so many patients and can't accept new patients. Also if he knows you don't have a medical plan he's very generous with samples from pharmaceutical companies.

Dr. Wash is an amazing doctor. He always remembers our conversations, he asks me about school and, of course, he is brilliant when it comes to medical problems. I found it hard in the past to find a doctor that I can trust completely and that I feel comfortable around, but then I found Dr. Wash and I'm still happy as can be with him. I can't stress enough what a great clinic this is. If I need to get in to see a doctor and Dr. Wash isn't available or a couple days, they let me see someone else (if I'm comfortable with it). I needed some help on a day my own doctor's clinic was closed, and the "wait time" map for…read moremedicentres said this one was open and had a 40 minute wait. Ok, great! Close by home, open and bright, fantastically friendly receptionist. So far, so good, but downhill from there. I actually waited close to two hours because they also were booked solid with appointments who of course all took precedence over me, and I don't really hold that against them. The doctor himself took less than five minutes with me, I could barely understand anything he was saying, he gave me two prescriptions and left the room. Well, okay, so over to my local Shoppers where I discovered the medicine is not covered by insurance and a small bottle would be $130! Now, I'm used to my own doctor being well aware of what medications are covered and if he's not sure, he picks up the phone and quickly checks. I am appalled that a doctor would not know or not check. Maybe that's not reasonable, but I wasn't feeling very reasonable upon hearing that. Fortunately, Shoppers has a prescribing pharmacist who spent as many minutes with me as that doctor did, and provided an alternative for $7.70.

He yelled at me at least three different times that he had to see 40 patients a day... One time I was in his office, and he got so angry that he grabbed his laptop and kind of. whisked it off The bed that they have in the rooms... If it would've slipped, it would've hit me in the head, and I mean that... I believe that he needs to cut down on the amount of patients that he sees a day because he yelled at me at least three times that he sees 40 patients a day... I never got the care that I needed. It seems that every time that I went in he was yelling at me about something even when there was nothing to be upset about it at all so he was a very confusing man and a very angry man so yes, I believe that he should go to anger management and also take a course and how to deal with people in a friendly manner... He was horrible... yeah, actually scared me... I would never go back to him again, and I would suggest that you do not go to see him.
