I went to this clinic, and the doctor that I had was Dr. Obobwa Humphrey... He was extremely aggressive... He was extremely rude and he was extremely confusing... He yelled at me at least three different times that he had to see 40 patients a day... So I was not getting the care that I needed... and neither is anyone else he sees...I went for a bone density test on January 27 and he knew how important it was to me for a variety of reasons and he still has not called me to tell me the results... One time I was in his office, and he got so angry that he grabbed his laptop and kind of. whisked it off The bed that they have in the rooms... If it would've slipped, it would've hit me in the head, and I mean that... I believe that he needs to cut down on the amount of patients that he sees a day because he yelled at me at least three times that he sees 40 patients a day... I never got the care that I needed. It seems that every time that I went in he was yelling at me about something even when there was nothing to be upset about it at all so he was a very confusing man and a very angry man so yes, I believe that he should go to anger management and also take a course and how to deal with people in a friendly manner... I booked an appointment last April 2023 at Calgary trail sought for my sons eczema. Their front desk asked my sons name and surname I asked the available date for Dr. Falade and she asked me what time I'm looking at I said for 4pm. She gave me the date May 20. when I confirm today May 18 they said it wasn't booked. I waited for a month and said no appointment were booked. The Clerk that I talked with over the phone said because my son were walked in last 2018. I was wondering why their clerk Didnt explain to me about it before. Or didn't even get back to me that month. (April) I've waited for a month then it just went for nothing. what a waste of time. I needed some help on a day my own doctor's clinic was closed, and the "wait time" map for medicentres said this one was open and had a 40 minute wait. Ok, great! Close by home, open and bright, fantastically friendly receptionist. So far, so good, but downhill from there. I actually waited close to two hours because they also were booked solid with appointments who of course all took precedence over me, and I don't really hold that against them. The doctor himself took less than five minutes with me, I could barely understand anything he was saying, he gave me two prescriptions and left the room. Well, okay, so over to my local Shoppers where I discovered the medicine is not covered by insurance and a small bottle would be $130! Now, I'm used to my own doctor being well aware of what medications are covered and if he's not sure, he picks up the phone and quickly checks. I am appalled that a doctor would not know or not check. Maybe that's not reasonable, but I wasn't feeling very reasonable upon hearing that. Fortunately, Shoppers has a prescribing pharmacist who spent as many minutes with me as that doctor did, and provided an alternative for $7.70. read more

Dr. Uche is my doctor. I've been seeing him for a couple years now, and I feel so pleased to be able to find a doctor that doesn't make me feel bad or embarrassed when it comes to my severe social anxiety. He's even gone so far recently as to let me have my husband speak for me at appointments when I can't come in, because of my recent severe agoraphobia. And he has just been so understanding about it and in working with me and helping make things easier for me. If anyone is going to this place for the first time, I recommend Dr. Uche. read more

I went through most of the reviews on the medical clinics around my area and they were not so pretty... What I am mainly looking for is a good doctor, a clean and not so overwhelmingly busy clinic. Since it's very difficult for me to book an appointment with my own family doctor because she is always booked up, I need to find a good substitute. I was talking to a lady randomly while I was in the government office (renewing my passport) a little bit ago and she mentioned that she went to this new clinic. Since there was no reviews and this nice lady spoke highly of this clinic I decided to check it out. I came in and I was suffering from a migraine for 2 days and I needed relief asap. The office was clean, empty, and the ladies up front were very nice and polite. I filled out papers and was called in almost immediately. The doctor was very thorough with the examination and gave me the prescription I needed. I was in and out in 30 minutes. I highly recommend this Clinic, the staff were professional and patient. I say patient and giving 4 stars because I was coming in to relieve my migraine headache and while I was in the room waiting for the doctor, all I can hear is this child screaming at the top of his lungs... Dear god give that kid a lollipop or something. The ladies up front apologized for the insane racket lol that's ok I was out fast anyways. read more

I find this centre is fairly good and I have a regular doctor I see. Usually I can see him within two days of calling and that's pretty good considering they are closed Monday and Friday. My husband sees another doctor here too and seems happy with his guy. I used to just drop in when I had a problem that couldn't wait for my regular doctor, but when he unofficially retired without telling anyone and I couldn't ever get in to see him, i decided to make it official and made my guy at the clinic my go to doctor. He is very smart and takes my input seriously. He treats me like an equal and not a lesser being. read more

Very disappointed with Calgary Trail location. Went to get an Xray on a suspected broken finger, told results would be the same day from the Xray tech. Five complete days later, I had to phone THEM just to be told the doctor had not reviewed a ONE FINGER X RAY yet. read more

Reception was friendly and professional. Doctor was not. Complete waste of time. Made me feel badly for coming in. Awkward and unknowledgeable. I got a bfp one week ago on a cheapie. Went in yesterday. Doc said my test was negative. Asked me why I took a test in the first place (in a very rude manner). Took another cheapie immediately after appointment and got another solid bfp. On two separate occasions I have waited over an hour after making an appointment. I left after waiting an hour the first time and they had the nerve to charge me on my next visit for a missed appointment! $50! The waiting room was completely empty on my next visit and I still waited an hour to be seen and once again had to leave due to other appointments. Not impressed! read more

I went to the Tudor Glen clinic in St Albert. I saw both Dr. Durajaye and Dr. Humphrey. My initial appointment was with Dr. Durajaye and then I had a follow up with Dr. Humphrey to go over the results as Dr. Durajaye was not in the day I could come back. I was so impressed by both these doctors and how thorough they were. They went over my results in detail and actually took the time to listen to me and my concerns. I have actually been here quite a few times for my family, they are still somewhat new. I like the service the girls up front are friendly. The doctors however are hit and miss. It is spacious and walk-ins are seen quickly depending on what your medical issue may be. If you do come here for the first time I would recommend being open minded or at least call or check out their website so you can review the dr you may want as they do have specialities. I do work in a medical clinic myself and they are professional here. read more
