Parking is plentiful here, it's easy to find the office, and it's very COVID prepared with spacious designated seating, hand sanitizer at the ready, etc. I also like the decor here and the fish tank was a nice distraction. They also do direct billing to your insurance provider as well. I like how both kids could be seen at the same time in the same room space next to each other. They even had parent seating for myself right where the room divider was to have a good view of both kids. I appreciate how they have little vinyl booster pillows for the seat gap since my kids are pretty small & don't quite fit the adult seat when fully reclined. They also had TV available for their favourite show while they wait & the experience comes complete with headphones & kiddie sunglasses. I love the service here, the dentists & hygienists were amazing and friendly! I have to give a shout out to Lani, she was so awesome for my youngest (who refused to open her mouth last visit)- her bedside manner was superb with my kid, showing her the tools to reduce fear, and she picked up on cues & addressed it quickly if my kid was uncomfortable at any point, even changed the polish flavour from chocolate to bubble gum mid polish, and sang nursery rhymes to my 5 year old while she worked. Even the X-rays were a breeze with the kid friendly instructions she provided. We all left happy campers that day & I am so grateful we have paediatric dental offices like this exemplary one in the city!!

She is not scared of sitting in the chair which says a lot. Fun waiting room for the kids with the big fish tank and lots of fun things for the kids to do a look at. I would never change and it is worth driving to. (I live in the opposite end of the city).

Well for one thing it has plenty of toys to distract your kids, a wide open area, and video games area for them as well. What the heck? Even in my days I didn't have that kind of luxury. The only thing I was looking forward to was taking a toy home after my teeth got done. Which they kept all the toys in a box and you could select one or in my case a few more, ahaha. Anyways, back to the point, children seem to feel happy here. Not much whining or crying and staff seems to be kid friendly for the children. If it's he first time for your kid to get teeth done, then obviously expect crying while you sit with them. Waiting area is quite comfy, tv plays cartoons for kids. It's like a playpen for the little ones. Parking here is moderately big, other stores next to it. Recommended for children to have their teeth cleaned, and to distract them.

After having my daughter here for braces they tried to make it seem like she had a cavity and it…read moreneeded to be drilled and filled asap, when i looked for a second opinion at my orthodontist they disagreed and so no real danger in the tooth. Despite that my main concern was after her braces they put a metal retainer on the back of her teeth without consulting me first. These retainers are for people who do not put their retainers on regularly, but my daughter puts it on every night. i'm pretty unhappy that they put on a retainer without asking if it was necessary as when she got it removed there was a lot of picking and drilling. This was because there was excessive amounts of glue (hardened as it's inside the mouth) on her teeth.

I've seen two of the dentists and was happy with both of them. They were very caring and I appreciated how informative they were about my dental health. My dental hygienist did a great job cleaning my teeth gently. The booking experience has been smooth and I have always had a positive experience.
