The food was decent, chicken tenders and their spicy chicken sandwich, but they took forever to get our order. Three people who came after us left before they finally called ours. read more

Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Fast Food Near Me - Minden, Louisiana

This place needs to hire a decent manger. Waiting 28 mins for wings...went inside to get a refund. Manger offer no apology and was rude.

They did not have the product, and it was resolved in the app. I'm out 15. and some change. Popeyes i work hard for my money. I order at least 3 to 4 times a week but I won't order again. read more

If I could put zero stars I would.. I've given this place over time chance after chance but I'm done.. Waited in line 40 mins just to get told to pull up and wait longer.. Then when I get home they gave me the wrong order. The employees are rude and constantly talking to other employees.. Jus not professional at all. read more

Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - popeyes restaurant sign - Fast Food Near Me - Minden, Louisiana

It never fails! I love the food it taste wonderful the portions are ample and the price is OK. This location has absolutely the worst service of any fast food restaurant in the south. Usually the staff is a reflection of the manager I can only imagine the gross incompetence of this human being. read more

Service was shoddy at the very best. Had to wait a bit before someone even came to the counter to take our order. Then some individual named Doneyetta slowly filled the order but filled it totally incorrectly. Nothing out like salt or pepper or even napkins (a greasy chicken place for God's sake!), had to ask for everything. Wait staff Doneyetta acted as though it inconvenienced her to even fill our order let alone provide what is customarily out adjacent to the counter. No unsweet out EVER when we go inside. Bill was nearly $30 for wife and I and she eats little, a rip off as there are local chicken places with better service that we patronize at about half the price. This Popeyes is pricing itself out of business, we being the only customers there at around noon. Other places locally were packed but not Popeyes, slow slow even the drive thru. All of the staff seemed to work with the speed of molasses on a bitter cold day. Just a job attitude all of them. Last time I go into this Popeyes, can get much better value and service even at McDonalds which is saying something. Dined there on August 27th at lunch. read more

The woman taking my order was EXTREMELY rude and obnoxious. She cut us off many times and snapped at us to "hold on". She put everyone with us in the vehicle in a bad mood. If I could leave negative stars I would. read more

This the worst place ever, and if you are a white person get ready to wait, they make you pull over so they can wait on all the black people and we have to sit in the heat and wait along with another car who are guess what, white people.Never wanted to be racist but it was truly awful and I will never go back!!!!!! read more

See all

I was so excited to see a Popeye's in Minden! The chicken was seasoned just right, the onion rings were crispy and yummy. I'm only giving four stars because three times now they got our order wrong and it was a bummer to get home and not have everything we asked for. Now I check it before we pull out of the parking lot. So, great food, but the order accuracy could be better. read more

Every time I try and eat at Popeyes I get there about hour to hour and half before closing. If they don't have what u want made already you can forget it. I wanted chicken tenders 5 count other night there wasn't any made still hour before closing. Only 5 strips should've been easy and they would've already had my money so couldn't drive off. What happened to businesses that close at certain time and workers work til that time then stop and clean up. Hard to find anymore read more

Love that chicken from Popeyes!!! Welcome to Minden, Popeyes. Strips did not disappoint. They were still training, but it was busy when I went and service was fast. read more

I like chicken, I like popeyes. But here service is horrendous. Waited 10 minutes to order food, then 30+ to wait on it won't ever go back and sit down. Chicken is good though read more

I've never LOVED this place. And my experience today completely ruined any chance they ever had at being a restaurant I'll go to. The lady taking my order added a 3pc to the order for no reason. My fiancee didn't realize til after the already paid for it (with his card.) when I brought it to the lady's attention she kept going back and forth from cash register to somewhere else and could NOT figure out how to refund $4 because we paid with a card. I wasted my WHOLE lunch break waiting on them to fix my order. And I had asked for a large fry (which was $2 extra, and they DID charge us for) but we never got it. I just said forget the whole thing, asked for a bag to put my food in because I had to go back to work. It was absolutely ridiculous. I heard the lady saying smart ass things in the back while trying to figure out how to fix HER problem. Complaining that her drawer was gonna be out of balance and stuff. Her first name was Andi. read more
