It's not terrible but not great or good. Usually, they get my order right but we always have to wait for them to cook all of the food. They don't make anything until after you order it & are at the window. I frequently order from the app, & haven't had issues there. However, their portion for "regular" sized sides is so small now that it is smaaallll not regular. So unless you order a large, your regular is 2 bites & gone. read more

If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered an 8 piece mixed spicy on Jan 1 2024 on Doordash. The chicken was stone cold and didn't even get what I ordered. Not the drivers fault because the order was ready for him to pickup as soon as he arrived to pick it up. An 8 piece mixed should consist of 2 breasts, 2 wings, w legs, and 2 thighs. I received 1 breast, 1 wing, 2 thighs, and 4 legs. The staff was obviously too lazy to cook my order. I didn't mind waiting for hot fresh chicken. I've ordered from this location many times with no problem. The only variable that was different was that I ordered at supper time instead of lunch time this time. I guess it's true that the 2nd shift crew of any place is incompetent. That rings true for ever place I've ever worked. The 2nd shift always has crappy workers. Wow, it's very hard to write a review about something that you really shouldn't waste your time on. First we are told no Dr Pepper, we have Pepsi products, no problem I'll have a Mr Pibb. Nope don't have that. Ok I'll have an unsweet tea, nope don't have that. As we pull around we are told it would be three minutes in the fries and they ask us to pull up. 8 minutes later my husband finally goes in only to find out they were still cooking chicken. Staff was unfriendly and didn't bother to apologize. Now on to the food...... these tenders were nothing like I have ever seen before at a Popeyes. We honestly weren't sure if they were chicken or fish until we pulled one apart. The only recommendation I have is to stay away and they should just shut the doors. KFC was killing it next door. I tried to order shrimp two different times. On two different days. First time was hush puppy shrimp and they said they didn't have it. So I asked them to take it off my order. They said they couldn't and I had to cancel. So I just left. Luckily I got my money back right then. The next time was today. I ordered popcorn shrimp today. Same thing happened we don't have it you'll have to cancel your order and place a new one. So I ask them do y'all keep anything then. When I first drove up, the ordering machine said that they were closed, but as I was about to drive away an employee asked for my order. I placed it, payed for my food, and the food was delivered very fast. The employees were kind, and the mashed potatoes with gravy were great! Wow. I love Popeyes but this was something totally different. They were "cooking" fresh strips when we got there and waited ten minutes for chcken mush. Absolutely terrible. Mashed potatoes were the consistency of a melted milk shake. Could drink them with a straw. The help was camped out at a little table in the back visiting while people were waiting on service. The parking lot is perfect size to park a hot wheels battery powered car. Anything bigger than that is in trouble. Save your money and go somewhere else. One of the worst dining experiences ever. The pop machine was in terrible need of being fixed (worst taste EVER), they didn't have ketchup, ranch, or BBQ sauce, and the service was terrible. Can you give negative stars? If you have people in your life that have never experienced bad customer service, recommend this place. It should win an award for incompetency and rudeness. First we waited a few minutes until the cashier was ready to earn a paycheck. After ordering we sat in the dining area until our food was ready. I soon approached the counter to pick up our so-called "fast food". Apparently, they didn't think anyone was going to order chicken based on the fact that they didn't have any ready. I assumed they would have had chicken- it's right in the name of the place after all... While waiting, we watched as others (at least 3 other parties of folks) also discovered how the employees here excel at forgetting food orders. The same worker passed me as she walked our food to the table a few feet from where I stood at the counter where it clearly stares you are to pick up your order. Of course, the order wasn't right and based on her reaction, I'm sure we were to blame. (That was sarcasm in case you missed it). After a few minutes, I walked to the counter and asked about an order that we were missing. I immediately was barked at by the cashier that they were cooking it and it would be ready in a minute. After 15 minutes of watching them deliver wrong orders to other tables, my husband walked to the order pick up counter where he found the lost meal waiting on the counter getting cold. I guess we should have known that it was there. Apparently- you can only deliver the wrong food directly to the table. I really hate it when service industry people act as if your presence is an inconvenience for them. I'm now concocting a list of people who have wronged me so I can send them here to enjoy this experience. As I type this, the cashier (jasmine) just spit a loogee in the dining room trash can. That's a sign of a good restaurant - when the employees can't even stand to swallow the food they took off your tray before they deliver it to your table.
